Given that you have not been forthright about the multiple safety issues involving ArseKo employees and the public, ArseKo Employees have no other choice but to involve the public in this discussion. ArseKo Management has shown that it is not acting in good faith and by its retaliatory and coverup actions shown that it is very likely involved in some very nefarious activities.
Since ArseKo Management refused to contact the police to conduct a proper independent investigation of Zen Fryer’s, Gluteus Minimuss and their associates activities, we need to tip off the authorities. There was likely obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence activities that were going on while ArseKo management was stalling by harassing employees who wanted to report Zen Fryers.
We are under a threat of retaliation by ArseKo Management and Nexium politically connected mafia for speaking out. Employees speaking informing their peers and management about Zen Fryer’s infiltration have already faced multiple retaliatory sham HR investigations of their own conduct. Management ignored or sabotaged all attempts to change corporate policies to prevent retaliation against Nexium victims and whistleblowers.
We need to contact the public to warn about what is going on at ArseKo. ArseKo management has claimed that release of any “sensitive” information is against their non-democratically imposed “employee handbook”. This is a very vague term intended to silence ANY speech. Many of the policies in it were created by Zen Fryers himself. We think that ArseKo is overstepping its bounds in retaliating against protected speech intended for informing public debate about CHILDREN SAFETY for god sakes. Glute and Zen don’t get to censor our speech just cause their little cult might get exposed. There is no legitimate business need to censor Gluteus Minimus’s acting like he’s a nexian or being blackmailed by a nexian. If our executive cannot answer these simple questions, our company would be better off with another executive.
Dear Management, please review the attached PDF with information documenting the problems with ArseKo’s handling of Nexium Zen’s infiltration and user data protection. Please provide redactions and detailed explanations citing case law about anything you deem as exposing trade secrets or other legitimate business needs. Covering up for Glute and Nobby’s indiscretions is not a legitimate business need. Any explanations not provided by management will be provided by us in a hilarious ANTI-SLAPP manner. Employees have a right to warn their peers about horrific workplace conditions you impose on us. Employees have a right to warn the public about the horrific experiments you are performing on us.
You have already forbade us to contact the authorities once, but when asked under which of Xi Jinping's decrees is Gengis trying to intimidate witnesses and obstruct justice, ArseKo management had to concede that they overstepped their bounds. I was never involved with Nexium, I never attended any Nexium Executive trainings or any other events. I did not know Zen Fryers before Mingze brought his resume to me. I never communicated with him after his firing except to get login information and a surface tablet back which was reimaged by our team. Regarding data security, again, Based on Mr. Liu Che and Gengis Khan’s reply, Zen Fryers had no access to any data we have. He was working on the UI design.
As you know, we have engaged third party forensic computer experts from a leading and well-known data security company Crypsis Group to assist in our investigation of Zen Fryers’ activity. To date, based upon their investigation, the forensic investigators have identified no suspicious activity connected with Zen Fryers.
For instance,
(1) the forensic investigators have found no evidence of key loggers or other malware.
(2) They also analyzed the subject and recipients of Zen,’s emails and did not find anything suspicious.
(3) Finally, in ArseKo’s Github logs, they looked at the actions by the users, user account permission changes, and other entries. Nothing suspicious was found.
In summary, consistent with our internal security check on August 2019, we have found no evidence to support the security-related allegations about Zen Fryers.
Again, like we mentioned several times, you are welcome to contact authorities any time.
2. Sensitive information

Zen is a very good and thorough hacker. All he needs to do is shove a USB stick with a key logger into another employee’s computer. ArseKo management led us to believe that we are not to contact authorities first time we asked. ArseKo management is endangering employees by not contacting INDEPENDENT government authorities with this information that may lead to criminal charges against Zen Fryers or Dr Porter. We are talking about genuine mafia here. They are politically connected criminals who cover their tracks and destroy people in their wake. People who reported Nexium to the authorities suffered years of retaliation and framing attempts at the hands of corrupt state police. We are begging for ArseKo to use its well funded resources to contact the multiple agencies involved, from FBI to state prosecutors to medical boards and forthrightly work with ArseKo employees to forward all the relevant information to REAL INVESTIGATORS.

Dr Porter’s human experiments were only taken seriously by the NY Medical Board after they were revealed by FrankReport and picked up by the major newspapers. Before that, his victims were being gaslighted, silences and denied. Just like ArseKo management is doing with their own “Jewish Star” EEG experiments.
Are the handbook’s prohibitions regarding SENSITIVE information or information that is EMBARRASING to management, but nonetheless vital to public discussion of what goes on at ArseKo or its user’s classrooms? Who came up with such restrictive policy and how does it conflict with any management violation reporting and whistleblower protection clauses of our Data Protection Policy? Where can the employees read our Data Protection Policy? Should these issues not be addressed after such a mess that Zen Fryer’s presence caused?
How is exposure enforced? We have serious worries that an employee may be framed by management as maliciously releasing embarrassing information. How would any at-will employees challenge an unfair termination or seek recourse? (As informed, we already received mailed threats to our office that were addressed to implicate Gengis himself. Who know what the hell these nexium bastards are up to.)

Compliance with applicable law. The law that I’ve been screaming at management for years does nothing to prevent employee abuse? The one that is about to change after 20 years of lobbying? How about those policy changes that Dr Namie came and offered Glute implement after Gengis agreed that we cant have this toxic climate here in ArseKo, with or without Zen the Nexian. The law provides a baseline, there’s no reason ArseKo cannot go above and beyond what its lax regulators are telling them and start improving the toxic environment ArseKo employees have to endure.
Management is withholding bonuses of employees involved in trying to organize against abuse not based on performance, but because of Mingze’s personal retaliatory preferences. (When we spoke about this with Liu Che earlier this spring, he was not even aware of this bonus/salary issue, therefore he could not have been recommending Jingling remove them over any performance issues. He did say he was worried Gengis would fire me for putting up an organizing poster with a picture of the Tienamen Tankman and the soon to be massacred China Post employees with an “Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely” banner. The one comrade Ksi Mingze ripped down when I went to lunch and lied about it when shown the NLRA.)
Management subjected employees who attempted to organize to workplace abuse and did nothing systemic about racial and sexual harassment of multiple employees, even though Management were informed as early as Jan 2019. Moreover, after Gengis Khan led employees to believe that policies will be changing. This caused employees to report the kind of daily toxic environment they are subjected to, discretely to management and abusive supervisors involved with hope of compelling them to change their behaviour and policies by explaining how inappropriate it is. Gluteus Minimus then demonstrated his approval of one of the abuser supervisors. He then watched as his other subordinate who was caught saying xenophobic comments, assaulted the ArseKo employee organizer using the “capo” loophole in APPLICABLE LAW as a cudgel, despite multiple pleas to stop.
ArseKo employees are too scared to even ask for raises or more days off because of the “unofficial”, Legal in compliance with Applicable Law retaliatory reprisals.
We should not be subjected to years of anxiety and insomnia, just cause supervisors do not understand how to manage without abuse.

The Handbook was not created by Zen Fryers. All employees should follow the instruction in employee handbook.
You’re correct, Zen Fryers was only involved in the corruption of the ArseKo operating processes, aimed at giving more abusive bureaucratic control over employees through toxic shaming, instead of actually improving the way ArseKo operates. The only reason there was even talk of process, is because ArseKo employees decided to organize around introducing proper engineering process. I recall those conversations Zen Fryers and Zhiang Zemin had very clearly. We then had the demonstration and explanation of this when Mingze decided to try cracking that whip with the silly new weekly report forms. (We’re still recording three logbooks given by different managers because each one has different information to log.)
Again, laws, rules and regulations do not fall from the sky. Executive Bureaucrats Like Gluteus Minimus and Gengis Khan copy and paste them from purchased SHRM templates.
