In response to Gluteus Minimus and management’s decision to backtrack on Gengis Khan’s promise to institute comprehensive anti-bullying policies to combat rampant workplace and sexual harassment, ArseKo Professional Organization is faced with no other choice but to warn the public and our colleagues about the toxic environment being systematically imposed by our executive bureaucracy.
Gengis Khan has been informed since January of 2019 that multiple employees have reported sexual harassment at ArseKo. There were multiple instances of bullying and ganging up on employees. Gengis Khan and Mingze Ksi attempted to implement a toxic eliminationist pyramid policy, lied about its author and harassed employees who witnessed Gengis Khan giving the order. The only thing that got Gengis to tentatively agree to implement real anti-bullying policy is fear of having his outfit revealed for what it is after Zen Fryer’s infiltration was exposed.
When Glute and his accomplices realized that the predatory bullying they call management is going to be effectively stopped by an informed anti-bullying policy, they pulled an anti-semitic assault to try to manufacture a retaliatory investigation followed by a constructed termination. Dr. Gary Namie, who met with Glute, spent the last quarter of a century studying useless toxic manager predators and the havoc they wreak in our workplaces. He has very effective ways to neutralize their abuse. This is why adopting these policies is unacceptable for predatory executives. Prove me wrong Gengis. Cause good old Glutie sure proved Gary completely correct. Glute and his accomplices did exactly what Dr. Namie’s book said a bully gang would do. If bullies are protected to not embarrass the dear leader, they assume their scumbag conduct is acceptable.
Since Ksi Mingze’s “investigation” found nothing wrong with the sexist, racist, xenophobic and antisemitic comments and retaliatory actions by Gluteus Minimus and his accomplices, should we assume that this conduct is acceptable to our corporate policies? Comrade Ksi Mingze, are you expressly absolving and approving the actions of the three managers involved? Comrade Ksi Mingze, do you share their opinion that racist comments are appropriate in the workplace due to their own ethnic background?
Comrade Ksi Mingze, how about the repeated sexual harassment problems at ArseKo? Somewhere under that unwavering commissar visage of yours is a female who should have at least some empathy for other ArseKo female employees being assaulted by bully male managers like Zen Fryers. Do you think a supervisor is allowed to greet new female interns half his age with obviously suggestive predatory grooming remarks? Of course it’s deniable, the predators are smart and cover up their abuse. Even when caught, they usually get settlements and move on to destroy lives elsewhere. I wish big companies like Verizon could tell us what happens to any of their predators.
Comrade Ksi Mingze the effects of trauma on victims of sexual harassment and workplace abuse and bullying are the same.
I hear even the CIA is rethinking their secret-agent-as-misogynist-manager model. The obnoxious womanizer role is becoming a worldwide liability even in seemingly safe infiltrations of United Front laundromats where a toxic environment is a cemented legacy of the Cultural Devolution. Seems the spooks keep blowing their cover getting caught up in weird sex extortion rings. Responsible middle management with a bit of life experience and empathy towards employees is not is not hard to find nowdays.
We lost all hope of having the management change their ways. Our only hope is to save others from being entrapped by ArseKo’s systematic workplace abuse.

Thanks for your email. I am glad to hear from you, I would like to have lunch with you and hear about the details of your suggestions and concerns.

Also, i would like to share with you the work we are working on Southeast Asia, helping the amputees from low income family wearing our prosthetic hand. They like it very much and appreciate our work. I spent a lot of time with them, and I would like to share with you about their story and their thoughts about our prosthetic hand.

I hope this email finds you well. We know there have been questions raised around data security and workplace safety. We are taking everyone’s concerns seriously. When we receive a concern from anyone we ask legal opinion from our legal team and follow our legal team's instructions and make sure to take action to address that concern. ArseKo Management would like to update everyone on these issues to address any concerns.
1.Regarding our network security forensic work, we are currently working with a 3rd party company that specializes in this type of investigation to test whether there is any evidence of suspicious activity and will take appropriate actions based on the results.
2. We are also conducting an investigation into allegations of misconduct in the workplace which is conducted by an outside HR consultant. Our mission is to make ArseKo a supportive and safe place to work. We will keep everyone in the loop as it pertains to these efforts.
Employees’ safety and wellbeing stays at the foundation of ArseKo’s office culture. We want to make sure everybody in the office is getting the support they need and have the opportunity to express any concerns they have. I hope this email finds you well. In response to your email yesterday I want to update you again and be clear that we will not limit anyone's right to reach out to government agencies to report suspected wrongdoing.
You have brought up concerns and I want you to know we are taking them seriously. That is why we are doing a third party HR investigation about your claims of workplace harassment right now. It is also why have hired a network security forensics team to investigate. Whenever you raise these concerns we get legal advice from a third party legal team and then take action.
We are taking actions to make ArseKo a safer and better place to work. And we are very close to finish the investigations.
As you pointed out, our employee handbook does not permit team members to release sensitive information about the company.
Also, as you might know, I was out of the States for the majority of my time since July 2019, I would like to talk with you face to face, and hear the details from you regarding the concerns and suggestions you have. How about November 20th, Wednesday Lunch, and the place(The scholar) you recommended?
