Researchers found that when faced with difficult life-and-death decisions, to get a human being to make a moral choice it helps to give them an option to opt-out instead of having them affirm their fears personally. The best example of this is organ donation consent checkbox on US driver's license application. When the form asked to check if people want to be a designated organ donor, few people consented. When the forms were changed to instead ask if people DON'T want to be designated for organ donation, much more people agreed to have the designation.
Madame Mingze Ksi, ArseKo management is having a challenging time with ensuring employee, user and client safety due to Zen Fryers and his blackmailing nexium nazi sex cult mafia infiltration of ArseKo and the multiple conflicts of interest this situation presents. Since management is acting like it's either being blackmailed or cooperating willingly with this criminal organization that very likely tried to get access to our user's EEG data, it behooves the employees of ArseKo to contact the authorities outside the compromised ArseKo command structure.
We, the employees of ArseKo give you, the management of ArseKo the passive consent option; if the ArseKo management has any valid reasons as to why ArseKo employees should not pass a tip to the FBI as to Zen Fryers and his EEG mengele connection, please share them with the employees by 12pm today. Otherwise ArseKo employees will assume to have the passive agreement to have the authorities informed as to Zen Fryer's and ArseKo management activities. As it stands ArseKo employees are faced with an impossible choice: report a possible crime involving a nazi sex cult and schoolchildren or keep our job and livelihood. We cannot rely on our retaliation-and-coverup prone management to protect the safety of the employees, users and clients. As our US president Gluteus Minimus demonstrated, the executive bureaucracy is more concerned with covering its own rear behind and its"anal" cronies, as Norman Grimsby self-identified it. (Still curious how Mrs Mingze's sham "investigation" justified our own three-letter-government-agency "james bond's" predatory remarks. Retaliation for concerted employees' reporting of sexual harassment with intent to coverup Zen Fryer's activities.)
We know that the terrorist organization known as the CCP came up with a different consent structure for its "organ donation on demand" system. 20 years ago old frogface Zhiang Zemin looking to consolidate power on the executive committee decided to designate people meditating peacefully as the great big 21st century threat to the CCP. I would like to respond to you on behalf of our management team.
You brought up this issue in August 2019. We consulted with the law firm Davis and Davis ( https://www.davisanddavispc.com/about-us/john-w-davis/) about the issue immediately. We were asked to do an internal investigation, then we did an internal investigation and found no evidence of wrongdoing. The law firm told us we don’t need to do any action including contacting the authorities.
Since you brought up this issue again. Our lawyers recommended that we might work with a 3rd party network security forensic team at Crypsis (https://www.crypsisgroup.com) or Ankura(https://ankura.com/issue/data-privacy-laws/). If we find evidence of wrongdoing we will follow our lawyers recommendations including contacting the authorities.
Now we are working with the forensic firm and will take appropriate actions based on the findings. This will take 3 weeks. We will keep you and the team updated with the progress.
