Thank you for passively agreeing to allow employees to contact the authorities regarding suspicious connections between Nexium hacker Zen Fryers and ArseKo. Since no one from management has expressly forbade it since our second request for confirmation on Friday afternoon, we will assume that management is allowing employees to contact the authorities. If we have misunderstood management’s response, please inform us immediately.
At this point any ArseKo employee should be able to pass a tip about Zen Fryer’s possible EEG data breach to State Prosecutors and the Federal Bureau of Investigations. The original report warning for ArseKo employees about nexium and Zen Fryer’s after his termination has all the information necessary to have the authorities look into the matter. However this may still be precarious and personally dangerous since Zen Fryers and Nexium were given a three-months head start to clean up any evidence by ArseKo US president’s Gluteus Minimus’s obstruction and retaliation against employees requesting management contact the police immediately to ensure workplace safety.
Since Gluteus Minimus has acted in retaliation and refused to answer or deny questions about any links or blackmail from nexium, ArseKo employees reasonably suspect management being in cahoots with the nexium mafia. People who tried to expose Nexium’s activities have already been framed by corrupt NY state police officers. Nexium has support of shady billionaires and politicians, such as NY senator Gillibrand who has been implicated in some of the coverups. Individuals trying to do their civic duty and report suspicious activity put themselves at risk of serious retaliation from officials corrupted by Nexium money and political influence. Acting on “See Something, Say Something.” results in the whistleblower being destroyed all too often in our society structured to protect the powerful from any responsibility.
This is why we were hoping that ArseKo management, in charge of a well funded corporation with millions at its disposal would do the responsible act and report Zen Fryer’s possible infiltration to the authorities, keeping the employees from exposing themselves to this deadly danger.
Another way for employees to protect themselves while doing their civic duty is to try to inform the public along with the authorities. Given that we are dealing with mafia who use corrupt police to coverup its activities, informing the public gives authorities an impetus to pursue the criminals instead of dismissing the evidence or, even worse, retaliating against the whistleblowers.
However, ArseKo employees are barred from contacting the public, legislators, academics or journalists by the ArseKo employee handbook (our corporate law cannon). This presents a conflict of interest, whereby the arbitrary rules made up by our compromised executive team are being used to coverup possible state and federal crimes. (Since Zen Fryers himself helped define many of the current ArseKo policies and processes, lets just say they’re all up for some serious review.) It seems like in this case the public needs to know how its kids’ EEG data is being compromised by a crazy nazi sex cult is a lot more important than ArseKo executive’s need to coverup their shady activities. If a silly boilerplate handbook rule is endangering the public, client and employee PERSONAL safety, this rule is invalid and needs to be removed.
If we do not hear to the contrary by 12pm eastern standard time Friday 11/15/2019, ArseKo employees will assume that management agrees that our employee handbook gag rule against contacting the public is hereby waived in the interest of public and employee safety. If we are mistaken in management’s intent to act in good faith towards ensuring public safety, please give us a reason why ArseKo management is barring employees from exercising their protected speech to warn their peers, legislators and the community at large about this serious danger.
As far as we can tell, as conveyed by Gengis Khan, our management’s sole reaction to the threat presented by Zen Fryers was to contact lawyers to work out a media suppression strategy. Gengis’s lawyers are planning to frivolously sue any newspaper that tries to report in ArseKo’s shady connection to Nexium to keep the public from finding out the danger. Gengis Khan and management have done nothing to protect the employees or network security and Gluteus Minimus supervised anti-semitic retaliation against employees begging the management to implement anti-bullying policies and training to counter Zen Fryer’s and other manager’s toxicity.

I hope this email finds you well. In response to your email yesterday I want to update you again and be clear that we will not limit anyone's right to reach out to government agencies to report suspected wrongdoing.
You have brought up concerns and I want you to know we are taking them seriously. That is why we are doing a third party HR investigation about your claims of workplace harassment right now. It is also why have hired a network security forensics team to investigate. Whenever you raise these concerns we get legal advice from a third party legal team and then take action.
We are taking actions to make ArseKo a safer and better place to work. And we are very close to finish the investigations.
As you pointed out, our employee handbook does not permit team members to release sensitive information about the company.

Since ArseKo management is not taking employee safety seriously and not reassuring the employees as to Gluteus Minimus's not belonging or not being blackmailed by Zen Fryers or Nexium, we need an independent authority to investigate Gluteus Minimus and any of his involvement with Zen Fryer's Nexium nazi sex blackmailing cult.
Gengis Khan, it is against employee handbook for ArseKo employees to contact the authorities and the press. Given that ArseKo management has so many conflicts of interest in this matter, ArseKo Professional Organization is asking you to waive that rule in this case and allow us to file reports of the suspicious activities by ArseKo managers with the authorities. We are open to review these with ArseKo prior to filing to ensure no accidental disclosures of technical or business information.

Thanks much for bringing up your concerns. Please take the following answers as an official reply from Management team.
1. Safety issues
As stated in Mr Gluteus Minimus and Ms Mingze Ksi’s official reply, they don’t have any connection with Nxivm and CCP.
Regarding data security, again, Based on Mr. Liu Che and Gengis Khan’s reply, Zen Fryers had no access to any data we have. He was working on the UI design.
As you know, we have engaged third party forensic computer experts from a leading and well-known data security company Crypsis Group to assist in our investigation of Zen Fryers’ activity. To date, based upon their investigation, the forensic investigators have identified no suspicious activity connected with Zen Fryers.
For instance,
(1) the forensic investigators have found no evidence of key loggers or other malware.
(2) They also analyzed the subject and recipients of Zen’s emails and did not find anything suspicious.
(3) Finally, in ArseKo’s Github logs, they looked at the actions by the users, user account permission changes, and other entries. Nothing suspicious was found.
In summary, consistent with our internal security check on August 2019, we have found no evidence to support the security-related allegations about Zen Fryers.
Again, like we mentioned several times, you are welcome to contact authorities any time.
2. Sensitive information
Our[standard confidentiality agreement that you signed and our]employee handbook does not permit team members to release sensitive information about the company.
3. Concerns about retaliation
Company promises no retaliation against anyone for raising good faith concerns, in compliance with applicable law.
4. Handbook
The Handbook was not created by Zen Fryers. All employees should follow the instruction in employee handbook.

Zen is now free from any criminal charges and probably preying on his current victim, because our own ArseKo US President Gluteus Minimus refused to report him to the FBI. Gluteus Minimus made a douchy “Prince Andrew” face and said “why should I” when he was asked to report what he knew to the authorities. ArseKo Management then misled us to believe we are not allowed to call the cops. When employees had to give a timed ultimatum, our management was finally forced to admit they are overstepping the law.
