Yesterday at noon, I was contacted by what appears to be a phishing hacker or some other kind of scammer calling itself “Carla” posing as a lawyer from Florida hired by ArseKo to “investigate your concerns”. I asked this, what now appears to be an email bot, to clarify its identity, any affiliations with criminal, terrorist or communist organizations and state any registrations with the state department as a foreign agent. This “Carla”-bot then proceed to try to intimidate and bully me without answering my questions. The “Carla”-bot addressed its second response to a “Mr. Tarantuta” indicating either a faulty bot last name database query increment pointer or a very nervous lawyeress who just realized she got involved with some very unsavory people trying to cover up their Nexium mafia infiltration.

This “Carla”-bot could very likely have been operated by Mr Zen Fryers or his associates on the other end. Even if this is a real lawyer, WE ADVISE ArseKo EMPLOYEES TO REFUSE ANY INTERVIEWS FROM ANY NON-GOVERNMENT-OFFICAL INVESTIGATIONS INTO NEXIUM AND TOXIC ENVIRONMENT AT ArseKo. These sham“investigations” are a harassment evidence fishing expedition. They serve two purposes:

1. Gather evidence to conceal culpability of executives and the company. The reason lawyers are used (retained) by corporate executive predators covering up their crimes is because lawyers are a “legalese nobility” with rights denied to us mere mortals.

Unlike Zen Fryers and Gluteus Minimus who can be subjected to questioning under the 20 year penalty of perjury by the FBI (or maybe even sitting on a polygraph cushion recording the motions of their sphincters in glorious 6DOF 24bit 500Hz sampled channels as they are being asked about the communications Glute and Zen had after Zen Fryer’s departure from ArseKo), Lawyers, like what this “Carla”-bot purports to be, are not subject to revealing evidence of crimes committed by executives. They are protected by “attorney-client” privilege. Same protection mafia dons use for their consiglieres.

2. Harass and intimidate any employees from coming forward. The “investigation” is a modern day versions of a “Spanish Inquisition” tribunal. It is a form of psychological torture that is the leading cause of employee suicides in our corporate owned US of A. Lawyers like “Carla”-bot are used to ruthlessly impart psychological injury on unsuspecting employees to cause a visible emotional response labeling the targeted employees with “mental problems”, often without employees consent or knowledge. This is then used to discredit them as a witness, terminate and harass using lawyers and police.

Besides rampant sexual harassment, workplace bullying, what appear to be antisemitic experiments, retaliatory assaults and an infiltration from Zen the Nexium nazi, we have serious questions about threats that came addressed to implicate Gengis Khan. There is no way cops are not getting involved, Glute and Zen. We just want to protect ourselves by informing the public first.

If ArseKo management and Zen Fryers had not retaliated and intimidated multiple employees interested in organizing our ArseKo Professional Organization, we could have already have recognized status protecting ArseKo employees from such investigative abuse. This advise is provided based on objective facts and evidence about the horrific reality of workplace bullying phenomenon following Dr. Namie’s workshop attended by ArseKo Professional Organization representatives this weekend. We hope management will adopt real trauma-informed workplace anti-bullying policies. Instead of just paying lip service and introducing sham reforms that coverup management condoning perpetrators and do nothing to help ArseKo employees victimized by bully supervisors.

Sham Coverup Investigations: Avoid any HR or management controlled “investigations” of workplace bullying, abuse or harassment until a robust anti-bullying policy has been adopted by ArseKo Management with the help of the ArseKo Professional Organization. These are completely unfair and designed in bad faith to remove any guilt from the perpetrators or management. The victim is unwittingly put on trial by the “Spanish Inquisition” and traumatized by denials, gaslighting and investigator abuse. This is extremely traumatizing and is the one of the main causes of re-traumatizing “conditioned” cPTSD in workplace bullying victims. PTSD severity post bullying is comparable to that of rape victims because both face denials and reputation destruction to coverup for the perpetrator.

Unfair Traumatizing Mediation: Similarly, we advise all ArseKo employees to avoid any attempts to introduce “Mediation” as a way to address any workplace bullying. There is no mediation between an aggressor and a victim. Trying to find a compromise between a predatory bully and their victim is like trying to force a bargain between a domestic abuser and their prey. Should the wifebeater be allowed to strike his spouse just a few times a week, instead of everyday? Mediation is a cruel mocking horror.

Employee [Psychological] Assistance Programs (EAP): Similar to rape victims who are traumatized by the court system’s “sluts and nuts” defense of boofing rapists like the shameful spectacle of supreme court Justice Kavanaugh’s confirmation. Workplace bullying victims are automatically smeared with “mental health” stigma for reporting psychological assaults and the effect of these injuries. Unlike physical injury from a slavedriver’s whip, the neurological damage of workplace bully supervisors are invisible. They manifest themselves in severe neurological and physiological effects that may take months or years to appear after the damage is done. Employees entering any EAP programs will be labeled with false mental health diagnoses to absolve management of any responsibility for causing the injuries thru inaction or condoning bullying in reckless disregard of employee safety. The false diagnoses will also be used by management to discredit any testimony of abuse or harassment in court.

We have informed our CEO Gengis Khan of this conflict, and he naturally agreed that confidentiality with regard to any counseling victims of workplace bullying encounter is paramount. As we agreed ArseKo will confidentially reimburse some introductory counseling sessions for any ArseKo employees that may want to seek guidance.
