During Gengis Khan's next visit to Boston, Borat Taratuta is called to his office. Instead of expected termination, Gengis Khan inquires about workplace culture, trying to place all the blame on the departed Pan Han. Borat Taratuta instead puts the office elephant into Gengis Khan's lap; what is ArseKo management doing about Zen Fryer's.
Borat Taratuta lays out the main concerns of employees and the public would have:
Children's EEG data. Gengis Khan's response was only one software engineer had access to the data (Gengis Khan's description; you know the guy with the hair tuft.)
Informing the authorities and the public. Gengis Khan informs Borat Taratuta that he is worried about press finding out about Zen Fryer's employment at ArseKo. Gengis Khan says that this will be the end of ArseKo and tries to appeal to Borat Taratuta by saying that the Arse Robotics prosthetic will never reach the amputees who need it. Gengis Khan says he spends most of his time in China working with the amputees. Gengis Khan says that as soon as they found out about Zen, they had lawyers work out a legal strategy to make sure the story stays out of the news. Borat Taratuta says that you cant hide a cat in a bag. Zen might be infiltrating the next children's data company. If he gets caught there, people will ask why Gengis Khan did nothing about him.
Dealing with the effects of the abuse on the employees. Borat Taratuta explains that there were multiple instances of workplace and sexual harassment documented as instigated or encouraged by Zen Fryers and his accomplices. The harassers are remaining in the office and they are continuing their abuse unabated. From workplace abuse that makes workers stay until 3am to Zen's racist sexual harassment of targeted female employees. Yesterday Borat Taratuta himself witnessed the latest incident of sexual harassment aimed at a new female intern. Borat Taratuta explains to Gengis Khan that ArseKo employees were subjected to weaponized abuse by Zen Fryers. That many sustained an emotional injury. That just like a physical injury it need to be properly attended to, first by dressing the wounds, then giving employees time to heal, but remembering that even after the wounds heal, the scars will remain on ArseKo employees for the rest of their lives. Gengis Khan agrees with these arguments he cannot deny. Gengis Khan asks what ArseKo should do in this situation.
Borat Taratuta says ArseKo needs to change its policies; institute healthy workplace policies with robust anti-bullying, just cause termination and whistleblower protection anti-retaliation policies. Borat Taratuta recommends to hire an anti-bullying consultant to help work out the new policies and offers to help find one.
To show good faith and not reckless indifference towards employees ArseKo needs to help those affected heal without attaching psychiatric stigma to the victims. Borat Taratuta explains that the MeToo exposures showed that corporate HR policies and employee assistance programs are aimed at protecting executives from liability and are designed to traumatize and discredit abuse victims. These are the cause of the US employee suicide epidemic.
Borat Taratuta recomends Gengis Khan instead offer to anonymously reimburse counseling to employees. Since he represents ArseKo Profesional Organization Borat Taratuta offers to compile a list of local independent trauma-informed therapists and provide it to employees.
Gengis Khan agrees, but grumbles about not having to pay for years of therapy.
Borat Taratuta thanks him and says that for most people just having someone explain they are not at fault is enough to fight most of Zen's toxic shaming effects. Just a bit of help can help most people walk away from the edge.

Thank you for taking the workplace bullying concerns seriously and helping us work towards a healthy workplace here at ArseKo. Like we spoke about on Tuesday, we need to address abuse of the power imbalance between employees and supervisors that can lead to workplace harassment, abuse and bullying. Anti-harassment training and anonymous counseling would help mitigate a lot of the immediate problems. Often just a little validation is enough to bring an abuse target back from the brink.

There is a lot of harmful advice out there that tries to downplay the power imbalance and sometimes even blames the victims of power abuse.
The inherent manager/employee power imbalance is fixed by giving employees recourse and ways to review and challenge any unfair criticism. This keeps relations professional and provides a basic safety net against suicidal abuse at the hands of any bad-faith supervisors.
Knowing that they can only be terminated for a legitimate cause, and not frivolous supervisor favoritism gives employees a peace of mind to focus on solving technical problems. Employees are open to working with management to establish fair recourse systems.

Glute thank you for looking into this auditing our HR. I do not know the specifics of this firm's services, but they are affiliated with SHRM. This is the lobby-bribe-threaten political organization that has been fighting tooth and nail against any laws protecting employees from workplace abuse. Their lobbying is directly responsible for the proliferation of toxic workplace culture based on power abuse and thereby the US workplace suicide epidemic. I have experienced firsthand the length to which this lobby-bribe-threaten system goes to corrupt our institutions to keep this fact covered up.
If the firm you hired is used to serving kings and bishops, its unlikely they're going to take an abuse victim's perspective, be that a harassed employee or an altar boy. As they said in The Spotlight movie, these law firms have a cottage industry protecting abusers from any form of justice.
So it would be very good to have the victims perspective represented.

Jason, couldn't help but overhear your comments two weeks ago about "growing up among Latinos" and therefore "knowing the worst".
Not denying that uttering casual racist comments is an amerikan birthright. If you so choose, you are free to stand outside the office with a tikitorch shouting racial epithets as you please. However these behavior patterns create a number of issues in the workplace because of the inherent power imbalances between employees and management.

Racist remarks in the workplace, especially from management, even if unintended, give credence and reinforce the fallacious supremacists beliefs prevalent in any population due to the tribal nature of societal evolution. This often leads to scapegoating of anyone labeled as the “other”, office bullying, mobbing and other workplace harassment situations.
Even though our state and corporate media are in the midst of an anti-immigrant hysteria, scapegoating Latino people of America for every sin imaginable, this is NOT OK here at ArseKo. Most of our colleagues are under some form of visa control, making their position an indentured one with little to no recourse to management overstepping their bounds. Fomenting xenophobic attitudes at ArseKo just will not do. Them that there are Concentration Camps, with baby cages, tin foil blankies and toilet water. The history of US xenophobic crimes against humanity begins with the racist laws known as the “Chinese Exclusion Acts” in the 19th century. Our country has a lot of introspecting to do. Similarly, our colleagues from China are bombarded by supremacist propaganda portraying US workers as lazy, prideful and undisciplined in order to devalue and exploit our contribution. We all know that these stereotypes are not true. We cannot affirm these prejudices, even unintentionally.
People who witnessed very questionable decisions by our management have been harassed out of their jobs here at ArseKo, part of the constructed termination harassment was using ethnic and gender slurs directed at Latino employees. A person who gave our company years of their time for free was forced to quit, not due to any fault of their own, but because of management’s whim. Despite being crucial for our resource stricken technology development. If our HR herself did not take part in workplace harassment, you guys might have a very nice textile sensor to offer our clients.
There's an assumed "kapo exemption” management loophole where a member of the "protected" group is allowed to use discriminatory management practices, since this manager is himself a member of a "protected" group. These managers themselves are usually exempted or unaffected by all or most of the discrimination. For example, Norman Grimsby bragged about how its ok for him to make xenophobic comments because he has South American heritage on multiple occasions. Norman does not have to face arbitrary detention, deportation camps or other vagaries of our racist immigration officials, while safely perpetuating racist stereotypes devaluing scapegoated groups. Not sure how HSRM bribed and lobbied the courts and congress to set that ridiculously racist precedent, but the effect is that employees are left exposed to harassment.
Even superlatives directed at our own ethnic identities like Norman’s “ends in a vowel, hand on the trowel” praise for Italian construction skills on Friday invite other stereotypes. Sacco and Vanzetti Society would like to remind us that just like today’s prejudices against hispanic people, historically, most italian-american stereotypes are not exactly flattering ones. Norman’s statements about himself like “Argentinians are the best Hispanics” should probably be left for after work debates. The convoluted race hierarchy imposed on Latin America by Hapsburg colonizers over the past half a millennium is a curious study in archaic racism but has no appropriate application in our current workplace relations. Given our client base and Nexium’s connection to wealthy Mexican white supremacist families, it makes this type of discussion in the office extremely problematic. Since that conversation was topped off by a strange wink-wink nudge-nudge about the validity of Israeli passports from our Argentine-Italian colleague from NH, my soviet jewish refugee nose starts to smell some smoked lox here... Never Again guys, Never Again.
If our management publicly displays a racist attitude, how can we possibly expect fair evaluation of our work without bad faith devaluing of our contribution because of racist motivations? Where we come from, what we look like, our beliefs and any other arbitrary characteristics have no bearing on our value as human beings and our contribution to ArseKo. Jason, You’re from New York? Upstate? Not trying to say anything bad about you guys, but if I hear duck-quacking, I’m not gonna wait for the goose-stepping to call it. Especially given that we’ve had a millionaire blackmailer hacker from a bonafide nazi sex cult infiltrate our company posing as a project manager. Norman, you may have legitimately tried to impress the new female intern with the depth of your Freudian knowledge. But even I’m creeped out all the way across the office hearing “Are you anal? Cause I’m anal” as a greeting first thing in the morning, dunno about the intern. Suggestive language is a well documented tool of inappropriate conduct.
In a similar vein, Jason, please keep graphic descriptions of horrific sport injuries to happy hour or at least try to have those discussions in a hushed voice. I understand how this may be deemed as being “too sensitive” or some such denial. We work with victims of horrific physical trauma, gratuitous treatment of patient suffering is dehumanizing. We can all end up in a similar tragedy. I would also like to remind you that the Nexium’s “Dr. Mengele” EEG torture experiments involved showing graphic images of real torture and mutilation to elicit extreme psychological reaction in his victims, trying to find susceptible targets for abuse. Not a good look given our company’s focus.
Norman, I thank you for the beer, but ganging up on employees like I caught you two by the elevator is not a good long term strategy. Engineering pro-tip; long hallways make great waveguides. I’ll answer Jason’s question, the person you suggested eliminating IS a key irreplaceable worker. This person single-handed created ArseKo’s differentiating technology that we have only started to fully appreciate. Having Norman try to blame them for logistics outside their control had a visible effect on this employee’s state. A ArseKo employee should not face deportation based solely on Norman’s dislike without recourse and consideration of their amazing contribution. As the ArseRobotics team subsequently demonstrated, the success of a project is dependent on effectively utilizing available resources, not blaming those who cant talk back. Instilling needless fear in employees might appear to help enable easier exploitation, but in reality it only stifles innovation.
We understand that salespeople are “territorial animals”, just like kittens, mitterating over anything deemed as a threat is normal. When your only tool is the eliminationist’s termination hammer, every problem begins to look like a nail on the employee’s head. It takes a lot of experience and self-control to stay power-sober. Without guard rails most executive managers overstep their bounds and engage in deadly workplace mobbing. Even Glute had trouble calling out Zen and Norman’s setups, though we’ve tried to train him to spot the patterns. (Same toxic scapegoating that led to the Holocaust guys, http://antonhout.com/mobbingca/patterns-1.htm) The corporate form has failed to protect employees. Most of the employees who organized Google’s walkout against executive prima nocta policies, have been forced out of Google due to workplace harassment. For speaking out against a swine exec forcing employees to perform oral sex on him and pocketing millions to depart in secret. There is no boofing way corporate execs can deny their responsibility for the suicide epidemic imposed on our workplaces anymore. We’ve had it with this frat boy boofery.

Dr Namie, the anti-bullying training consultant we've been talking to, suggested some interesting possibilities for using EEG technology for PTSD treatment.
He sent me this interesting paper about using MEEG to diagnose PTSD markers. These experiments are using a super sensitive magnetic EEG detection system with 250+ channels, not a single channel conductive EEG like our commercial system. But they did supposedly find a detectable signal difference between control and PTSD groups.
Just curious if this PTSD application is similar to the work we've been doing with ADHD and autism? Having an inexpensive way to show the condition would be a breakthrough. Maybe not for diagnosis but maybe as a therapy monitor aid.
There is an epidemic of this condition in the US, not only the traditionally recognized one among combat vets, but also domestic and workplace abuse victims. A huge part of the problem is the denials and stigma of a "fake condition" that a physiological sensors would do a great deal to dispel.
One of those Opportunity in the apocryphal character for Crisis situations.
I'd love to know a proper brain scientist's opinion of this research, as opposed to my EE's view where we just stick electrodes on people's heads and declare them as "sane" or "mental" based on how we interpret the noisy waveform :)
Let me know if you've heard of any other research like this into PTSD.

Borat is trying to return to work, keeps asking Jason to stop this conversation, because he is clearly being gaslighted with Holocaust denial and Jason is trying to elicit an emotional reaction from Borat. (Jason was informed that Borat is a jewish refuge from the Soviet Union, Jason knows where to hit.) When Jason keeps saying his relatives were killed in the Holocaust, Borat replies, so were mine. (He does not want to share his own personal trauma of living thru pogrom threats during Soviet collapse with the fat kapo.) Borat turns to Gluteus Maximus, who is watching with Nobby, and tells him "Glute keep these people away from me. This is not an appropriate conversation for the office and if they want to we can talk about it during Happy Hour."
Glute waves Jason away, who immediately obeys. As they are walking away Borat looks at Jason and says "DENIAL".
Borat gets his things, tells his supervisor Liu Che, "look at what they are doing! A report was filed with HR about sexual harassment and this is what they do in response. Borat leaves office to try working from home without gaslighting assaults from Glute's kapos.

The attached report was sent to you on Tuesday 10/08/2019. The report outlines a pattern of racist, sexist, xenophobic and anti-semitic behaviour by two ArseKo managers. These incidents culminated in a confirmed ganging up, devaluing and scapegoating of a ArseKo employee in an attempted constructed discharge with no just cause. Since just like most of our ArseKo colleagues this person is here on an employment visa, this is in effect; two US citizen managers, who displayed racist and xenophobic attitudes, ganging up to deport a foreign worker. This type of behaviour by management is unacceptable here at ArseKo.
Instead of a comprehensive response to address this serious situation, the management is displaying complicity with the perpetrators. Normally companies use HR mediation (problematic as it is) to at least attempt to show impartiality during HR harassment investigations. Instead of showing impartiality ArseKo US President Gluteus Minimus along with Norman Grimsby was overseeing yesterday’s retaliatory assault by Jason Spencer from a few feet away. After being called out for the serious documented discriminatory comments he made, Mr. Spencer attempted to double down on his so-called “kapo” exemption in the anti-discrimination laws. Since Mr. Spencer has jewish and puerto-rican ethnic background he thinks it is ok for him to make anti-semitic or xenophobic comments against protected groups. This legal loophole travesty leaves non-management latino or jewish employees open to being targeted for discrimination. Mr. Minimus watched as the assaulted employee pleaded with Mr. Spencer to not have this discussion in the workplace without mediation. Mr. Minimus did nothing until the assaulted employee told him to keep these abusive supervisors away from him. This was preceded by Tuesday morning’s demonstrative intimidation display of solidarity by Gluteus Minimus and Norman Grimsby “checking their story” in the lobby without an HR rep present.
When we discussed how ArseKo will deal with the toxic environment introduced only in part by the Nexium infiltrator Zen Fryers, our CEO Gengis Khan asked whether he should just fire abusive supervisors remaining after Zen Fryers’s departure. I suggested that since the core problem with workplace harassment is the vagaries of at-will employment laws causing a power imbalance between management and employees, using arbitrary terminations to fix unjust terminations is not the solution. I suggested that a comprehensive system of anti-harassment and just-cause recourse needs to be implemented instead. The incidents reported happened after our CEO Gengis Khan announced ArseKo anti-harassment training. Abusive supervisors tend to double down and try to assert their right to abuse when called out.
Mrs. Jinging Xi, we hope Mr. Norman Grimsby and Mr. Jason Spencer are already placed on unpaid leave as you are finishing up your investigation and preparing their termination paperwork. ArseKo employees deserve a safe and healthy workplace. If we are retaliated upon for reporting egregious discrimination and harassment, we cannot feel safe in our workplace.
ArseKo employees would also like to know whether Gluteus Minimus’s participation in this retaliatory assault rises to a Just Cause for removing his executive privilege and helping him transition into a position with less responsibility for people’s lives. Please remember that retaliatory workplace harassment at the hands of management and HR is the leading cause of the US suicide and cPTSD epidemic.

Liu Che and Gengis, that was a planned assault on me. Glute and Norman were watching right after the three of them had a long meeting in hushed voices. the only time ever i couldn't overhear them in that meeting room at my workstation. they pulled out very nasty memories on purpose. its called toxic shaming, it has a very serious effect. Glute should have kept those two away until they are either fired or some form of mediation and addressing their transgressions takes place. instead he allowed them to push me further. this is retaliatory harassment using antisemitic tactics for reporting supervisory transgressions. this is very very illegal. i need rest and reassurance that a safe workplace can be provided.

I am following up with you directly (in lieu of Glute) in light of your 10/14 emails in which you raised concerns about Glute. I will now be your point of contact because as Gengis mentioned due to his travel schedule and the time difference he does not want to delay getting back to you.
Please know that the Company takes the concerns you raised last week and this week seriously and will investigate them. As I believe was previously mentioned to you, the Company is in the process of retaining an outside, independent investigator to investigate the concerns you have raised and the concerns raised about you. Rest assured that per our Company policy, the investigator will complete the investigation as confidentially as possible and the Company will not tolerate retaliation against employees raising these sorts of complaints.
The Company also notes that in your email from 10/14 you mention various allegations related to former employee Zen Fryers. When you previously raised concerns regarding Zen and his involvement in ArseKo (in August 2019), I understand the matter was internally investigated and the conclusion was that the Company had no need to report anything externally. Please clarify whether you are reporting something new about the Company or its former employee Zen Fryers.
Please also know that both Jason and Norman were also asked (also in emails from Glute) to work remotely during the pendency of the investigation. If you are unable or uncomfortable returning to work (even remotely) at this time, please let me know and we are happy to explore a reasonable period of paid leave to allow the investigation to proceed (without you having to use your accrued paid time off).
Regarding your request for the Company to pay for you to attend Workplace Bullying University instead of the Company engaging an outside investigator to complete an investigation, the Company must decline. As I believe you are aware, the Company has separately engaged another outside company to provide workplace harassment and anti-discrimination training to all of its employees. The Company is in the process of getting that scheduled and we will let you and all employees know when we have finalized a date for that. Of course, as you know, the Company is also exploring what all hands employee training/services Dr. Namie may be able to provide.
Based on your emails, it appears to the Company that you prefer not to participate in the Company’s investigation. When we discussed how we will address the toxic environment and rampant workplace bullying at ArseKo you asked me to designate a contact in management to work with ArseKo Professional Organization to detox ArseKo. I agreed to US president Gluteus Minimus as a neutral party able to take employee concerns seriously.
His supervision of what appears to be a premeditated retaliatory assault against ArseKo Professional Organization representative is an action that showed that Gluteus Minimus has a conflict of interest when it comes to personnel matters and should be removed from taking part in forging any anti-bullying policies.
Gengis, on Thursday 10/17 you instructed Liu Che to take over for Glute with respect to our anti-bullying policy project. We both agreed that this is a great way to proceed without the conflict of interest introduced by Gluteus Minimus’s retaliatory actions. Liu Che and maybe Glute were to meet with Dr. Namie on On Friday 10/18. Instead Gluteus Minimus decided to cut out Liu Che and met with Dr. Namie alone. He then proceeded to use Liu Che in lieu of himself to break the no-contact with his victim and again send an intimidating message gaslighting and blaming the victim. I consider this and the investigation against me as another retaliatory attack on me as part of the constructed discharge that management is working on to eliminate me from ArseKo.
Glute’s actions signal that management is trying to diminish the need for real reform of ArseKo policies with respect to real trauma-informed anti-bullying solutions.
Retaliation: Besides the open public assault supervised by Gluteus Minimus, the company has been retaliating against me for almost a year now, by withholding my contractual performance bonus with no explanation or feedback. Placing me under investigation for reporting racist, xenophobic, antisemitic and sexist actions by uncontrolled supervisors is done in retaliation to further traumatize me, discredit and deny that rampant workplace abuse is taking place at ArseKo and coverup Gluteus Minimus’s premeditated retaliatory assault using the reported supervisors.
Stop retaliating against employees reporting abuse. If this is what ArseKo response is to a sanctioned project by employees working in concert to improve our toxic workplace, how can any individual employee report abuse in safety? Anti-bullying training was announced, the bullies doubled down and tried to normalize their abhorrent behavior, we documented their actions, explained how they are inappropriate and appear entirely barbaric in our workplace, then asked the supervisors involved to do some introspection and adjust their behavior in response to the expected adoption of a robust anti-bullying policy. Gluteus Minimus proceeded to retaliate and is now trying to coverup thru retaliatory investigations “shooting the messenger”. Leadership either Condemns or Condones workplace abuse. One is the correct action to detox a dysfunctional workplace, the other is showing reckless indifference to workplace safety.
Gengis Khan, you need to make it clear to all employees, supervisors and executives;
“If you cannot manage without treating people with dignity and respect they deserve; you need to get out!” This was the message given by USAF academy head to the rough and tough military people to address reckless abuse by superiors. If bullying is not acceptable in the military, we are sure as hell not gonna take it in our workplaces.
Sham Investigations: There is no anti-bullying policy in place at ArseKo. The reported supervisor behaviors, while extremely disturbing and traumatizing to employees are not illegal or against ArseKo policy. They were documented and compiled to help us work on creating a comprehensive anti-bullying policy. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GONNA INVESTIGATE IF ITS NOT YET AGAINST OUR POLICY? The “investigation” is a sham to coverup and smear the person reporting inappropriate behavior. This is textbook, there is an industry of these unscrupulous abuser lawyers preying on the honest employees trying to improve their workplaces.
Gluteus Minimus’s supervision of the retaliatory assault is very much against the law, but he used the “protected supervisor” exemption that we called out as THE conflict problem to cover himself. It seems it took a day for Glute to get the OK from our lawyers to run this assault.
Again as demonstrated by the MeToo exposures, our boofing court system works in concert with executives to coverup for this abuse from executives in power. This is why we are organizing to create real anti-bullying policies to address this deadly everyday workplace hazard.

Glute, you need to call the FBI and ask them to investigate why Nexium millionaire Zen Fryers came to ArseKo to work as a lowly project manager and tried to consolidate our user’s EEG data to himself. Nexium Infiltration: There are serious questions about whether any other Nexium members attempted to infiltrate ArseKo. It may be that Zen Fryers’ toxicity just infected other supervisors without a comprehensive anti-bullying policy. But we are dealing with organized mafia that stole people’s passwords and blackmailed people. There are many reasons to address it instead of showing reckless indifference, like with the lack of network password protection policies by ArseKo management.
Gluteus Minimus’s Compromised position: Gluteus Minimus’s extreme reluctance to address the anti-bullying, Nexium Infiltration and network security issues is very suspect. We would expect ArseKo president to take this situation much more seriously. Since he is refusing to answer whether he was ever a member or nexium, received their executive trainings or is being blackmailed by nexium, Zen Fryers or his associates, should we just assume that he cannot answer No to some of these questions?

As we are in the process of compelling management to adopt comprehensive and robust workplace anti-bullying policies, there may be some turbulence due to the unfamiliar territory our company “aircraft” is entering. ArseKo Professional Organization would like to offer some advise to ArseKo employees to escape any avoidable injury as our “pilots” compensate for any “winds of change gusts” and “flashes of disinfecting sunlight”.
This advise is provided based on objective facts and evidence about the horrific reality of workplace bullying phenomenon following Dr. Namie’s workshop attended by ArseKo Professional Organization representatives this weekend. We hope management will adopt real trauma-informed workplace anti-bullying policies. Instead of just paying lip service and introducing sham reforms that coverup management condoning perpetrators and do nothing to help ArseKo employees victimized by bully supervisors.
Sham Coverup Investigations: Avoid any HR or management controlled “investigations” of workplace bullying, abuse or harassment until a robust anti-bullying policy has been adopted by ArseKo Management with the help of the ArseKo Professional Organization. These are completely unfair and designed in bad faith to remove any guilt from the perpetrators or management. The victim is unwittingly put on trial by the “Spanish Inquisition” and traumatized by denials, gaslighting and investigator abuse. This is extremely traumatizing and is the one of the main causes of re-traumatizing “conditioned” cPTSD in workplace bullying victims. PTSD severity post bullying is comparable to that of rape victims because both face denials and reputation destruction to coverup for the perpetrator.
Unfair Traumatizing Mediation: Similarly, we advise all ArseKo employees to avoid any attempts to introduce “Mediation” as a way to address any workplace bullying. There is no mediation between an aggressor and a victim. Trying to find a compromise between a predatory bully and their victim is like trying to force a bargain between a domestic abuser and their prey. Should the wifebeater be allowed to strike his spouse just a few times a week, instead of everyday? Mediation is a cruel mocking horror.
Employee [Psychological] Assistance Programs (EAP): Similar to rape victims who are traumatized by the court system’s “sluts and nuts” defense of boofing rapists like the shameful spectacle of supreme court Justice Kavanaugh’s confirmation. Workplace bullying victims are automatically smeared with “mental health” stigma for reporting psychological assaults and the effect of these injuries. Unlike physical injury from a slavedriver’s whip, the neurological damage of workplace bully supervisors are invisible. They manifest themselves in severe neurological and physiological effects that may take months or years to appear after the damage is done. Employees entering any EAP programs will be labeled with false mental health diagnoses to absolve management of any responsibility for causing the injuries thru inaction or condoning bullying in reckless disregard of employee safety. The false diagnoses will also be used by management to discredit any testimony of abuse or harassment in court.
We have informed our CEO Gengis Khan of this conflict, and he naturally agreed that confidentiality with regard to any counseling victims of workplace bullying encounter is paramount. At this weekend’s anti-bullying training I spoke to the head of one of the large Massachusetts state employee unions. He was interested in using commercial EEG technology as part of their member assistance programs for post-bullying and cPTSD recovery. They are doing mindfulness and meditation training classes as part of the help members get after being targeted.
I explained how neuro-feedback using EEG is very useful for meditation training. It gives people a concrete indicator of what their state of mind is, and how it can be controlled in real time. The union official was not aware of the affordability of our technology, thinking each headset costs many thousands.
This seems like a very lucrative opportunity in a large untapped market.
Wish we could demonstrate him our Attento technology. To keep him interested, I referred him to our competitor headsets like neurosky’s old mindwave setup. He can it get off the shelf for a few hundred bucks to try the meditation apps. I explained that our system is far more advanced, user friendly and suitable for classes or individual use.
I know we’ve had a lot of resistance from teacher’s unions about using our Attento technology in the classroom. Instead of fostering resentment against these vital organizations, why don’t we consider an alternative approach? If you can’t beat 'em, join 'em. Knowing that we are working with Unions and have an organized professional organization balancing any management overreach will surely cause the teachers unions to warm up to ArseKo approaching schools with the Attento technology?
