Hi Erika,
We were told that you are working on the data protection policies and training. To help work out a proper data protection policy I compiled a long list of facts, concerns and serious questions about what transpired here and executive management’s response.
All of this is based on facts discovered reported or well known to ArseKo employees. These are concerns of many of the ArseKo employees who fear raising them because of demonstrative retaliation from our management. Some of us are also subjects of data protection policies since we have had our EEG data recorded during various ArseKo experiments.
Please take the time to review the facts on the ground and our recommendations as to how to untangle this situation. I understand that this is a lot of information, but there are a hell of a lot of questions about our management’s actions and lack of actions.
- Zen Fryers, an executive-blackmailer-hacker from the Nexium nazi sex cult, married to a millionairess, was employed as a project manager at ArseKo after his exploits were already reported in news.
- Nexium’s Dr Potter, closely associated with Zen Fryers, was performing horrific EEG experiments on unsuspecting victims.
- Nexium’s “dear leader” filed a patent for EEG classification of susceptible victims for blackmail. This scheme would require lots of EEG data to train the classifier algorithms.
- Nexium has hundreds of millions in funding and ties to wealthy white supremacists from Mexico. It is reasonable to suspect them of trying to infiltrate commercial EEG companies such as ArseKo to gain access to user’s EEG data.
See our initial data breach report below for a more detailed explanation why a data breach was likely.
- As reported by multiple employees, Zen Fryers tried to gain exclusive access to company infrastructure including user data and sales leads.
- Zen Fryers was caught ganging up with other supervisors and management (Gluteus Minimus) against employees who called him on trying to monopolize the access.
- ArseKo Professional Organization witnessed multiple instances of supervisors and management ganging up against targeted employees, including our executive US president Gluteus Minimus participating in behind the back devaluation and mockery sessions with Zen Fryers and his associates. These were later confirmed while trying to help targeted employees post-assaults.
- Norman Grimsby, an associate implicated in gangin up against objectors with Zen was reported to express unhealthy interest in the our server. (Comments about how easy it would be to grab and steal it.)
- Norman Grimsby was reported by one of our employees to have a connection to an upstate NY location down the road from Nexium’s main headquarters compound. ArseKo management was asked about Norman Grimsby’s background especially considering he keeps claiming to be from a thre-letter government intelligence agency. We had a saying, back in the USSR; “there is no such thing as a FORMER spy”. (CIA is not allowed to operate on Americans. That’s FBI’s counter-intelligence turf.)
- Zen Fryers and associates, including ArseKo executive bureaucrat Gluteus Minimus, pitched a number of sales projects aimed at institutions discriminating among people based on their EEG patterns instead of the stated ArseKo technologies’ goal of improving focus and mindfulness. The prospective clients have strange connections to wealthy Latin American interests. More on this later.
- Zen Fryers crafted key corporate and process policies biased toward management control and was witnessed persuading Zhiang Zemin on merits of using Nexium’s dirty shame and fear tricks in ArseKo management processes.
- When employees declared intent to organize for a healthy workplace, Zen Fryers immediately insisted employee spokesperson is eliminated. There is one and only one underlying reason for any toxic workplace; management needs a climate of fear to silence employees about any shady dealings.
- ArseKo management and personally Gengis Khan were warned about reports of sexual harassment coming from employees who left ArseKo since January 2019. Zen Fryers was among one of the supervisors identified in concerted sexist and racist harassment of ArseKo employees.
- ArseKo Management denied a problem when employees found out about Zen Fryers and Nexium from news reports.
- Multiple employees had to bring the problem to the attention of Gengis Khan, putting themselves at risk of retaliation.
- An employee had to threaten to quit, and later left ArseKo, in protest to being sent to a children’s conference with Zen Fryers.
- Management did not inform the employees about the threat after Zen Fryers’ departure
- ArseKo Proffesional Organization warned the employees and management about a possible data breach. ArseKo Management’s response immediately got them caught lying about not knowing Zen Fryer’s background.
- ArseKo Management tried to pass off the security threat as minor, only used developer resources to check security (not a proffesional security servise), ignored the main attack vector to this day (password key loggers) even though employees and ArseKo Professional Organization repeatedly pointed these threats out.
- For over three months now, ArseKo Management has refused to contact the authorities with tips and help about Zen Fryer’s connections to Nexium’s Dr. “Mengele” Potter EEG experiments and the possible data breach of our user’s EEG data.
- Instead of corporate policy reforms in response to ArseKo Professional Organization’s calls to act on the Nexium levels of toxicity in the office, ArseKo Management manufactured an anti-semitic retaliatory incident deter employees from reporting sexism, racism, xenophobia, anti-semitism and systematic employee bullying. Instead of going ahead with implementing a comprehensive anti-bullying policy to encourage transparency and accountability, the management back-tracked when they realized they might be held accountable for their toxic management abuse. This does not help reassure the public about our data security.
- Gluteus Minimus was reported to continue to communicate with Zen Fryer’s for weeks after his departure. This is highly unusual and against standard corporate shunning practice, especially considering Zen Fryer’s horrific baggage. Gluteus Minimus has refused to share the content of those conversations or forward them to the police. Gluteus Minimus has still refused to deny or answer the following questions:
1. Is Gluteus Minimus now, or has he ever been a member of the Nexium cult or attended any of their “executive trainings” or other events?
2. Is Gluteus Minimus being blackmailed by Zen Fryers or his associates?
3. If Gluteus Minimus is not acting on behalf of Nexium and Zen Fryers, why has he been so reticent to report the obvious security threats to authorities and employees? Why is the safety of employees, research subjects, users and the public at large being so recklessly disregarded?
(A vague statement from a third party is not enough, we need Glute on record saying he’s not a nexian or being blackmailed or otherwise involved. His actions are highly suspicious.)
- ArseKo is continuing to advertise in our community for child subjects to perform attention studies despite all these dangerous circumstances.
- Employees had their EEG recorded while showing them suggestive symbols. A jewish employee was made to look at an image of an Israeli flag, later overheard it refereed to as “jewish star” by the experimenter describing it to a third person. After Zen Fryer’s revelations the employee asked to see the experimental protocol, data and any interpretations.
The company refused to show any documentation, denied that the symbol was refered to as a “jewish star” at the time (even though the employee specifically spoke about this with the experimenter, joking it off, not to appear impolite at the time), refused to state who directed the experiment (was it Zen Fryers, any of his associates or Gluteus Minimus?).
The management refuses to explain why this particular (openly jewish) employee, who explained to executives that his efforts to improve ArseKo toxicity is motivated by a deeply held religious mitzvah responsibility, was chosen for this particular experiment.
[As a jewish refugee from the former Soviet Union whose family had to run largely due to threats of pogroms, I would like to explain how disgusting it is, to once again having to refer to people as “openly” jewish in today’s tikitorched United States of America. It is hard to explain experience of minorities to people who grew up as part of the world’s largest ethnic majority. Once we let “them” come for “the Muslims”, “the Mexicans”, “the Mensheviks” or “the Meditators” they will soon come for the rest of us labeled as “the unterMensch”.]
- There are reports, corroborated by personal testing, that ArseKo Attento classifier algorithms are actually measuring the Inverse of Meditation metrics instead of Attention Metrics. This can easily be confirmed by anyone familiar with any other commercial EEG system.
Contrary to laymen belief, attention and meditation brain state metrics are not inverses of each other. Actual human brains are a lot more complex, attention and mediation metrics are fairly independent when measured using other commercial EEG systems. Those trained in mindfulness techniques can voluntarily control their meditative state. So it is very obvious when the attention level creeps up in response to decreased mindfulness effort. Using competitor hardware one often sees both attention and meditation level top out during mindfulness sessions. Its easy to see how a struggling starup would choose to go for a quick “fake-it-till-you-make-it” inverse of meditation solution. Especially given the hilarious levels of fakery used in early and ongoing ArseKo operations.
While the difference between attention or inverse of meditation may seem an unimportant linguistic distinction, the effect on our users is equivalent to using faulty physical exercise equipment. It is easy to cause permanent damage if gym equipment is designed to stress the wrong body part. Similarly, a class of children whose grades depend on maximizing a faulty metric from ArseKo’s Attento headset may suffer neurological or psychiatric damage. If we are making children, whose brains are still in development, perform an inverse of meditation instead of attention, who knows what the results would be? The children would be forced to learn while not thinking? Glute, you ever try that yourself? We have enough brain scientists on staff to see how problematic all this is. The problem is they cant speak for fear of being terminated in retaliation to help coverup management’s screwups.
-In addition we have a very problematic conflict of interest presented by ArseKo being funded by CCP connected investors. CCP has been waging a two-decade long genocidal scapegoating campaign against people practicing meditation and mindfulness using the terror of horrific forced organ donation prison camps for anyone accused of mindfulness practices. If ArseKo’s Attento technology is actually training people in the inverse of meditation as a part of their school grades, this would be a very attractive means of concealed social control for the CCP to implement in mainland schools or even worldwide.
-[Some] ArseKo employees have stated that they are members of the CCP and are required to file regular reports to the party while in the USA. ArseKo head of HR is suspected of being a secret CCP member because of her comments and actions and because she is refusing to deny being a member of the CCP.
Uighur Professor Ilham Tohti is in a concentration camp for running a website telling Han Chinese that Uighur's are not criminal terrorists. CCP is.
-An employee who worked on the Attento meditation metrics algorithm was mysteriously terminated this summer, with management spreading rumors that the employee “wasn’t performing his work assignments”. (Usual illegal constructed discharge practice for employees that find wrongdoing by supervisors.) We asked whether he was terminated for discovering anything untoward about our algorithms and was terminated in retaliation. ArseKo management has not responded.
All this raises questions about the real purpose of ArseKo’s Attento technology.
Management including Gluteus Minimus have stated that ArseKo is trying to collect EEG data from millions of users.
If our Attento technology was really being used to provide attention and meditation metrics to users, collection of mass EEG data would not be necessary. Attention metric algorithms can be trained on a much, much, much smaller user sample. Why does ArseKo Management insist on collecting millions of people’s EEG data?
Personally, I know how hard it is to pitch commercial EEG applications to investors, been doing it back when Gengis Khan was still trying to figure ways to pass his gaokao. There’s no money in mindfulness and attention training. But, if you pitch using personal improvement to fool people into providing their private data for free, then VCs get very excited, then you get FitBit funding!
Is ArseKo management secretly trying to collect millions of people’s data under the guise of Attento training to provide unsuspecting people’s brain waves to third parties? Is the Nexium nazi sex cult one of these entities?
What and Why is ArseKo management covering up? Is it just garden-variety negligence and incompetence? Is it unrelated wrongdoing such as garden-variety embezzlement, tax evasion or improper money flows? Or are our executives involved with whatever Nexian’s nefarious plans were?
What is the ArseKo Attento technology’s aims and goals? Why is large data collection goal being stated? Are there plans to sell user data to third parties?
How do we make sure our algorithms are effective and do not maim our user’s psyche due to faulty classifiers?
Being forthright is paramount in trying to re-establish the trust of the public and the authorities.
We need to inform the users about the full implications of using our technology.
We need to inform them about how their data can be used against them for blackmail or discrimination later in life.
We need to inform the users about potential for neurological damage if training with defective algorithms, similar to fitness equipment.
Users need to give an assertive consent to be subjected to these hazards, not a passive uninformed coercion, as part of their school requirements.
Users need to be given ways to rescind consent and retrieve their data if security threats or malfeasance is possible. It is their private data, it is their unalienable personal property.
Even threats deemed unimportant or resolved to reassure users that ArseKo is taking their data privacy seriously. Hell, maybe we just send them regular “your EEG data is safe” updates to keep them reassured.
Anyone going thru a study or data collection needs to give informed consent to that particular study, not to wholesale data collection. They must also be informed as to the general protocol, methods, purposes and conclusions drawn from the experiments. (This can be done after the study to not affect the experiments, if we do any longitudinal studies accommodations can be made. This is how it is done in academia to not traumatize the subjects.) Even if we accidentally show jewish stars to jewish kids, crosses to catholics and hammer-sickles to kids in China there is a whole lot of questions and assumptions that the subjects would be justified in making. Denials of wrongdoing for corporate coverup reasons only further traumatize the subjects.
Most important policy change we need is robust anti-bullying, anti-retaliation, whistleblowing protections and a change from at-will to just cause termination to let ArseKo scientists, engineers and other employees voice their concerns about safety of users, clients and employees.
