Though feedback from my site supervisor it was mentioned that I demonstrate strong growth in my counseling skills, professionalism, and ability to build meaningful relationships with students and staff. With an eagerness to learn, highly receptive to feedback, and confident in facilitating small groups, classroom lessons, and student interactions. My site supervisor acknowledges my adaptability and willingness to refine my skills, particularly in intervention strategies and school-wide counseling practices.
When taking advantage of an self-assessment took 16 personalities they considered me as an ENFP (Campaigner), bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong desire to make a positive impact, thriving in environments that prioritize flexibility and human connection. However, I recognized the need for improved follow-through, organization, and attention to detail in long-term initiatives. To enhance my effectiveness, she is committed to professional development, structured planning, and continuous self-assessment.
For personal growth my plan is to refining intervention techniques by attending professional development workshops and test in small groups. Deepening my understanding of systemic counseling practices by collaborating with administrators and teachers while reviewing ASCA resources.
