Bail = Lease

Rental contract for which the lessor undertakes, in return for payment of a price and charges and for a fixed period, to make a building available to the tenant.

Donation

Convention par laquelle une personne transfère à une autre son droit de propriété (ou une partie seulement de celui-ci) sur une chose ou un ensemble de choses, sans contrepartie. Celui qui donne est le donateur celui qui reçoit le donataire.

Donation

An agreement by which one person transfers to another their ownership interest (or only part of it) in a thing or group of things, without consideration. The giver is the donor, and the recipient is the donee.

Héritier = Heir

Au sens large, le mot " héritier " désigne toute personne qui dispose d'un droit dans la succession . La preuve de la qualité d'héritier s'administre par tous moyens, en particulier la production d'un acte de notoriété 

Heir

In the broadest sense, the word "heir" refers to any person who has a right to the estate. Proof of heirship can be provided by any means, particularly the production of a certificate of notoriety.

Material or moral damage caused to others, whether intentional or involuntary.

Succession

Transfer of the assets of a deceased person or the mass of assets thus transferred.
