This day, the second day of December 1721, I, the undersigned notary, having arrived around ten o'clock tomorrow at the request of Mr. Philippe Klein, bourgeois of This city, both for himself and on behalf of the children of the first marriage of Elisabeth Dumont, convey to the Grand, one of the suburbs of This city, to the said Elisabeth Dumont, wife of Mr. Martin De Couvy, bourgeois Brasseur of This city, her grandmother, from the estate of his wife, and to receive and question her if she persists in the deed of Donation signed between her and her husband on the 24th of last November in favor of Mr. Jean Nollet and Françoise Decouvy, her surviving son-in-law and daughter.
Translation:
This day, the second day of December 1721, I, the undersigned notary, having acted at the request of Mr. Philippe Klein, bourgeois of This city, hereby convey to him, on behalf of the children of the first marriage of Elisabeth Dumont, to the Grund, one of the suburbs of This city, to the said Elisabeth Dumont, wife of Mr. Martin De Couvy, bourgeois Brasseur of This city, his elder daughter, from the Coste of His wife, and to receive and execute it. If she persists in the deed of Donation between her and her husband on the 24th of last November in favor of Mr. Jean Nollet and Françoise Decouvy, her respective son-in-law and daughter
