Goldsmith Elementary focuses on The Goldsmith Way consisting of the 3R’s and Teamwork. The three R’s are Respect, Responsibility, and Ready for Success! They use the program CARE to teach the students social responsibility and positive relationships with adults and classmates. They have worked to establish a climate of trust, encourage reflection, solve problems, make group decisions, build a sense of community, and have developed a curriculum that focuses on proactive intervention strategies moving students toward self-control.

The restorative justice program engages students in peer mediation in a conflict resolution center. These interventions are designed to help students resolve conflicts before they turn into bigger issues. For conflicts already having occurred students participate in “restorative circles”.

Glenview Elementary puts restorative justice practices in place to respond to student misconduct. Their goal is to repair harm and restore relationships between those impacted. They emphasize identifying the harm, involving all stakeholders and taking steps to repair the harm and address its causes to the degree possible.

Carillon Elementary is a Gold Status PBIS School that has been working to develop skills, making changes to the school environment, acknowledging appropriate behavior, and using data to identify supports for students.
