Try 3 times while the customer is on the line by clicking "Restart" button
If still not working after 3 tries, ask the customer for the most convenient number that we can callback as we are going to call them back immediately
Interrupt the order and Resume before dialing the number
If still experienced any of the error after callback, Interrupt the order again, apologize to the customer, inform them that we are going to transfer the call and then transfer the call to SERVICE_DAM
