Step 1: Go to the telephone icon on the left dashboard of your geness
Step 2: Go to the telephone logo with burger icon which is the encircled icon on the photo
Step 3: It will show you a list of numbers but you have to make sure it is the recent number you interacted with then once sure, click the telephone icon beside the date and time of call
Step 4: Be ready with the call and once the customer answers the call, inform them that "all our calls are recorded for training and quality purposes "
