STEPS ON HOW TO FILL OUT EVRI WEBFORM FOR FEEDBACK

Steps for sending feedback to EVRI:
_ Parcel Details (Customer Reference/ Order No )
_ Choose it’s about something else
_ Provide feedback on my cx delivery experience
_The experience could have been better
_ Something else
_ Write how many times did the failed collection happened
_ Click Submit
Step 1 - Click "Parcel Details"
Step 2 - Click "Customer Reference"
Step 3 - Add "Order Number" that contains the item the customer wants to return then add "0001" at the end of order number. Click 12 months and tap "Search"
Step 4 - Click on the blue highlighted "Barcode Number"
Step 5 - Once done clicking the barcode number, the parcel "Tracking Number" will appear and also the "Web Form" on the upper right corner. To continue, click "Web Form" on the upper right corner.
Step 6 - Fill out the field with your own "Agent Name" and Email which is "evrinet@damart.com" after filling out form click "Search
Step 7 - Select "Its about something else"
Step 8 - Select "Provide feedback on my customer's delivery experience"
Step 9 - Select "The experience could have been better"
Step 10 - Select "Something else" then on "Enquiry Comments" put the customer's concern choose if it is "First, Second or Multiple Failed Return Collection"
