ALLOCATED - Stock has been allocated to the order.
AT SUPPLIER - The item (s) are coming direct from the manufacturer (Direct Despatch). This item will take up to 14 days to arrive with the customer.
AWAITING DIRECT DESPATCH - The order is waiting to be sent to the customer from the supplier.
AWAITING INSERTS - Free gifts/ catalogues are being added to the parcel.
AWAITING ORDER WELL - Order is in the OPRA system, waiting to be passed to the Distribution Centre.
CANCELLED - Order line is cancelled.
CHARGED - Postage has been added.
CONFIRMED - Postage and discounts have gone to the order well. (warehouse management system).
DESPATCHED - The order has been sent to the customer.
DISCOUNT GIVEN - Vouchers or multi buys have been given.
ERROR - There is an error with the order, the order has not been sent. For example card refused.
FUNDED - The items within the order have been charged.
IN ORDER WELL - The order is being processed through the warehouse management system ready to be sent.
IN REFLEX - The order has been allocated to the system / Distribution Centre (the warehouse) has the order.
LOST IN POST - The original order has not reached the customer or has been sent back by Evri after attempting to deliver 3 times.
NO PHYSICAL STOCK - No stock available when being picked. The computer system stock count was incorrect so the item was not actually there for picking.
The next status of the order will be on to follow, which means it is out of stock.
ON TO FOLLOW - This item is out of stock, new stocks are expected.
ORDER LINE VALID - All the order details have been captured successfully and the order item is ready to have stock allocated.
PACKING ERROR (PART OMIT) - A wrong item has been sent to the customer and the correct item has been omitted. (When there is more than one item in the order).
PACKING ERROR - An error has been made and the wrong item has been sent to the customer
PACKING ERROR (KEPT) - The wrong item has been sent but the customer has kept it.
PACKING ERROR (OMIT) - The wrong item has been received and the original omitted.
PACKING ERROR (RETURN) - The wrong item has been sent to the customer and they have returned it.
PARTIAL OMISSION - The full quantity of an order has not been received. E.g. 2 items ordered but only 1 received.
PARTIALLY RETURNED - Two or more items have been returned but only one item displays as returned.
PROTEX ERROR - Credit card error. The credit card number has been inputted at the time of placing the order. Offer to transfer the call for the payment to be taken again.
REFERRED - There is a control code on the account which means all orders will be referred to the Credit Team to check before the order is released. (or not released).
RETURNED - Full/ part order has been returned.
SUBSTITUTED - An original item was out of stock so a substitute item has been sent.
AWAITING CUSTOMS DATA - Awaiting additional customs data for Evri to allow us to send parcels to our customers in Northern Ireland.
The additional data is about the items in the parcel and the logistical aspect of sending the parcel, it is NOT additional personal customer data.
