The Resource Room is located in QLC Room 313D and is open to all UH Mānoa students! Students are welcome to relax, decompress, grab a quick snack, and learn about different resources available on campus. Crafting supplies and sensory toys are available for students to use to help relax and self-regulate.
The Resource Room is open during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Peer Fellows offer interactive presentations on a variety of topics including Counseling & Student Development Center services, stress management, imposter syndrome, and more!
Peer Fellows can be found tabling at Campus Center sharing information and tips on different topics encompassing mental and social health, academic success, and more
In partnership with the CSDC and other campus organizations, Peer Fellows can be found in our campus community at tabling events and in student wellness workshops
Peer mentoring is currently not available. We anticipate starting this program again later in Spring 2026.
Juggling classes, homework, extracurriculars, a social life, etc. can be tough. Peer Fellows can help you with time and task management, planning ahead, and other skills to help keep you and your life organized.
Sometimes watching Netflix and eating ice cream is necessary. Peer Fellows assist you in navigating the world of self-care, balance and moderation, developing healthy coping skills, etc.
For those that may have just moved to Hawaiʻi or feel intimidated by your new life in college, we're here for you! Peer Fellows can work with you to establish your "new life" here at UHM by connecting you to different campus departments or clubs.
