Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender & Queer+ (LGBTQ+) Center works for the success of all students at UH Mānoa. They provide weekly student drop-in groups (Coffee Hour), and advising/support for students. They also have their Rainbow ʻOhana Program which is a service and honors society and peer mentorship program. The Rainbow Graduation program celebrates the achievements of students by honoring graduates in a ceremony where they are conferred a rainbow tassel and certificate.

The Hawai'i Health & Harm Reduction Center serves Hawai’i communities by reducing the harm and fighting the stigma of HIV, hepatitis, homelessness, substance use, mental illness, and poverty in our community. They focus their efforts on those disproportionately affected by social determinants of health, including but not limited to: people living with and/or affected by HIV, hepatitis, substance use, and the transgender, LGBQ and the Native Hawaiian communities. They foster health, wellness, and systemic change in Hawai’i and the Pacific through care services, advocacy, training, prevention, education, and capacity building.

The Hawai‘i Gender ECHO Program (G-ECHO) aims to increase access to gender-affirming care for keiki. G-ECHO has curated a list of local providers and resources for families of gender diverse youth.
The Rainbow Support Circle provides a nurturing environment for LGBTQIA+/MVPFAFF individuals to explore various mental health topics within a welcoming and empowering group setting, fostering mental well-being through open discussions and mutual understanding. They strive to create a safe space where folks can share their experiences and receive the support they need to navigate their mental health journey with confidence.
