Remember to eat regular meals (don't skip eating to study)

Socialize, take a walk, make a craft, have a dance party, practice yoga, power nap, etc.
Study with a partner or group for greater accountability
For adults, aim to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night (https://www.cdc.gov/sleep/about/index.html)
Be kind to yourself and have realistic expectations

Study the material
Teach it to a friend
Review topics that are confusing
Simplify material & repeat

Pick a task/assignment
Set a timer for 25 minutes. Work for the full time
After the time is up, take a 5 minute break
Go back to #1 & repeat
After four pomodoros, take a longer break of 15-30 minutes
Repeat again from #1

Have 3-5 boxes & create flashcards based on your class material
All cards start in box 1.
If you get it right, move it up one box
If it is wrong, move it back a box or back to box 1
Review material at your own intervals (e.g., box 1 every day, box 2 every 2 days, etc.)
