Affliction
Affliction Warlock — Spec Info
Designed for MoP Classic (level 81+). Built around stable DoT uptime, smart shard use, and uninterrupted Malefic Grasp channeling. Includes Single-Target and AoE versions.
Core Single-Target Rotation:
Keep Agony, Corruption, and Unstable Affliction up at all times. DoT blocks are spaced to prevent clipping.
Channel Malefic Grasp as your filler. The sequence uses nochanneling so you don’t break your own channel.
Below 20% HP, Drain Soul replaces Malefic Grasp as your filler/execute.
Haunt is manual on Ctrl. Spend a shard when your DoTs are stable and you can channel into it; try to keep 1 shard banked.
Dark Soul: Misery is manual on Shift so you can align it with trinkets, procs, or bloodlust.
Soulburn: Soul Swap is manual on Alt to quickly apply/refresh DoTs on a new target without clipping.
Core AoE / Multi-DoT:
Multi-DoT priority is the same: Agony > Corruption > Unstable Affliction on as many targets as is practical.
Seed of Corruption can be woven to explode and spread Corruption on stacked packs.
Continue channeling Malefic Grasp (or Drain Soul under 20%) on a primary target while DoTs tick on the rest.
Use Soulburn: Soul Swap (Alt) to move full DoTs to new targets during heavy movement or target swaps.
Modded Keys:
Shift = Dark Soul: Misery (burst)
Ctrl = Haunt (shard spender)
Alt = Soulburn: Soul Swap (fast DoT application)
Shards and Uptime Tips:
Don’t dump all shards at once; keep at least 1 in reserve for Haunt during key windows.
Refresh DoTs late, not early. Agony in particular ramps with duration; avoid reapplying it too soon.
Let Malefic Grasp channel fully when possible; the sequence uses nochanneling so GSE won’t clip it.
No reset=time is used anywhere to avoid lockups.
Why This Setup:
Maintains DoTs without over-refreshing, keeps channels clean, and gives you manual control over burst and shard spending.
Mod keys handle the high-impact buttons so they never fire at bad times.
Works cleanly at any reasonable click cadence while keeping logs tidy.
Destruction
Destruction Warlock — Spec Info
Designed for MoP Classic (level 81+). Focused on strong Ember generation and controlled burst windows. The goal is to maintain steady DoT uptime, build Burning Embers with Conflagrate and Incinerate, and spend them efficiently on Chaos Bolt.
Core Single-Target Rotation:
Keep Immolate up at all times. It’s your primary DoT and generates Embers through crits.
Cast Conflagrate on cooldown to build Embers quickly and trigger Backdraft (faster casts).
Fill with Incinerate when nothing else is available.
Spend Embers on Chaos Bolt manually with Shift when you have 2+ Embers or during Dark Soul.
Havoc (Alt) can be used to copy Chaos Bolt or other spells onto a secondary target during cleave phases.
Dark Soul: Instability (Ctrl) is used manually to boost your Chaos Bolt windows or during Bloodlust.
Core AoE Rotation:
Activate Fire and Brimstone manually with Shift before casting Immolate, Conflagrate, or Incinerate to make them hit all nearby enemies. This drains Embers per cast, so use it carefully.
Drop Rain of Fire (@cursor) on stacked enemies for sustained AoE damage.
Continue to build Embers with Conflagrate and Incinerate while Fire and Brimstone is active.
Use Havoc (Alt) for cleaving Chaos Bolt or Incinerate onto priority targets in the pack.
Dark Soul (Ctrl) can be used with Fire and Brimstone bursts or saved for a burn phase.
Mod Key Layout:
Shift = Chaos Bolt (ST) / Fire and Brimstone (AoE)
Ctrl = Dark Soul: Instability
Alt = Havoc
Tips and Usage:
Never let Immolate fall off; refreshing it late is better than clipping it early.
Always cast Conflagrate with 2 charges to avoid wasting recharge time.
Only cast Chaos Bolt during clear Ember windows or procs. It’s manual to prevent GSE from wasting Embers.
Havoc is left manual so you can place it on priority targets when cleaving.
Use Dark Soul manually to align with Chaos Bolt or Fire and Brimstone bursts.
Why This Setup:
Keeps Ember generation smooth and predictable while giving full manual control over Ember spending.
Prevents wasted Chaos Bolts or clipped DoTs by spacing casts and using [nochanneling].
Keeps AoE mode optional (Fire and Brimstone on Shift) to avoid accidental Ember drains.
Minimizes lockups by using a priority loop for fillers and timered blocks for DoTs and Ember generators.
Demonology
Demonology Warlock — Spec Info
Designed for MoP Classic (level 81+). Built around Demonic Fury generation and controlled Metamorphosis burns. The sequence keeps Corruption and Hand of Gul’dan rolling, uses Shadow Bolt to build Fury, and swaps to Touch of Chaos in Meta. Soul Fire is manual so you can spend Molten Core procs at the right time. Pet is auto-summoned if missing.
Overview:
Use the ST (DMWS) sequence to build Demonic Fury.
When you reach ~800+ Fury, press Shift (Metamorphosis) and swap to the Meta (DMWM) sequence to burn it.
Once your Fury gets low (~200 or less), exit Metamorphosis manually and return to the ST sequence to rebuild.
Core ST (DMWS) — Builder Phase:
Keeps Corruption up at all times.
Uses Hand of Gul'dan on cooldown to keep 2x Shadowflame stacks rolling.
Shadow Bolt is the main Fury generator and filler spell.
Soul Fire is left manual on Alt so you can spend Molten Core procs when they appear.
Dark Soul: Knowledge is left manual on Ctrl for planned burst windows (best used after HoG stacks are up).
Metamorphosis is on Shift in this sequence to let you enter burn mode when ready.
Core Meta (DMWM) — Burn Phase:
You must activate Metamorphosis manually before starting this sequence.
Keeps Doom up on the target (long DoT, only worth casting on long-lived targets).
Chaos Wave is used on a short repeat as a heavy burst spender.
Touch of Chaos is your filler inside Meta and replaces Shadow Bolt.
Immolation Aura is left manual on Shift so you can use it at the start of Meta if you are in melee range. It is not on repeat to avoid accidental Fury drain.
Dark Soul: Knowledge is still on Ctrl to pair with Meta for big burn windows.
Shift no longer toggles Meta here — it only casts Immolation Aura so you don’t accidentally cancel your form.
Mod Key Layout:
DMWS (Builder)
Shift = Metamorphosis
Ctrl = Dark Soul: Knowledge
Alt = Soul Fire
DMWM (Meta)
Shift = Immolation Aura
Ctrl = Dark Soul: Knowledge
Alt = Doom
Tips and Usage:
Always enter Meta with high Fury (~800+) so you can stay in it long enough to matter.
Open Meta burns with Doom (if not up) and Chaos Wave, then spam Touch of Chaos as your filler.
Use Immolation Aura at the start of your burn when you are in melee range for big cleave.
Exit Meta when your Fury is nearly empty and return to the ST sequence to rebuild.
Keep Dark Soul off cooldown aligned with either Meta burns or Heroism/bloodlust windows for maximum damage.
Why This Setup:
Cleanly separates Fury building and spending so GSE never drains Fury too early.
Prevents accidental Meta cancellation by removing Metamorphosis from the Meta sequence.
Keeps all major burst cooldowns on manual mod keys so you stay in control of your burst windows.
Minimizes lockups by using priority loops and spacing DoTs to prevent clipping.
