Shadow
Shadow Priest Sequence Info
Designed for MoP Classic (level 81+). This sequence focuses on simple, reliable atonement-style DPS that keeps your DoTs up, auto-toggles Shadowform, and then cycles a clean priority. It opens with Shadow Word: Pain and Vampiric Touch once per target, then works through Mind Blast, Mind Flay, and Mind Spike. Regular casts use [nomod, nochanneling] so your mod keys always take priority without clipping channels.
Core Rotation Includes:
Auto Shadowform: Casts Shadowform if you’re not in it when combat starts.
Opener (once per target/combat): Shadow Word: Pain → Vampiric Touch → Mind Blast to establish DoTs and start orbs.
Mind Blast: Highest priority nuke on cooldown.
Mind Flay: Primary filler that won’t be clipped by the sequence.
Mind Spike: Extra filler/proc dump.
Shadowfiend: Used regularly for mana and damage (fires as it’s available).
Halo (if talented): Added for burst cleave/AE when off cooldown.
Targeting and Behavior:
Uses /targetenemy [noharm][dead] to pick a valid enemy.
The first block handles the opener and only reapplies SW:P → VT once per target or per combat, then gets out of the way.
The main loop runs on Priority: Mind Blast → Mind Flay → Mind Spike.
[nochanneling] prevents breaking Mind Flay mid-channel.
Modded Keys:
Shift = Mind Sear for AoE.
Ctrl = Shadow Word: Death for execute.
Alt = Devouring Plague to spend orbs on demand.
Tips:
If you talent Mindbender, swap it in place of Shadowfiend in your sequence. If you skip Halo, that line will just fail quietly without hurting the flow. Keep Alt for Devouring Plague so you can line it up with trinkets or procs.
Discipline
Discipline Priest DPS Sequence Spec Info
Designed for MoP Classic (level 81+). This sequence focuses on atonement-style damage that converts into healing. It opens with Holy Fire and Shadow Word: Pain once per target, then cycles Penance, Smite, and Power Word: Solace if talented. Regular casts use [nomod, nochanneling] so your mod keys always take priority without clipping channels.
Core Rotation Includes:
Holy Fire → Shadow Word: Pain opener: Applied once per target (reset=target) to start atonement and DoT damage.
Penance: Primary single-target damage and atonement heal. Used on cooldown.
Smite: Filler damage that fuels atonement between major casts.
Power Word: Solace: If talented, cast regularly for mana return and damage. If you are not talented into Solace, the Holy Fire line from the opener covers that slot.
Shadowfiend: Fires on demand for mana and extra damage when you trigger it with the mod key.
Mind Sear: Your AoE option when you need cleave or multi-target pressure.
Targeting and Behavior:
The sequence auto-targets enemies with /targetenemy [noharm][dead].
The Loop runs in a Sequential order and repeats. It starts with the opener (Holy Fire → Shadow Word: Pain) once per target, then moves through Penance, Smite, and Solace, then repeats.
[nochanneling] prevents breaking current channels, so you do not clip Penance or Mind Sear.
Modded Keys:
Shift = Mind Sear for multi-target damage.
Ctrl = Shadowfiend for burst damage and mana.
Alt = Power Infusion for a personal throughput cooldown.
