Educate, Evaluate, and Empower: Motivation Experiences of Female Expatriates Results
The purpose of this poster is to illustrate the importance of adapting evaluation practices to harness today's innovative technologies. Specifically, it features the literature reviewed about NVivo (QSR International Pty Ltd, 2017), the methods employed to verify themes with automatic coding, and the selected results from Hoke's (2020) qualitative study about expatriate educators. Future research is recommended on opportunities to use empowerment evaluation strategies (Fetterman, 2019), advocate for social change (Reid et al., 2020), and explore indicators related to the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
