A natural law that postulates the impossibility, for logistical reasons alone, of restoring the rights that ensue from the Natural Law of Prior Claim on the improbable assumption that there was agreement by all concerned on restoration of these rights in the first place. (A perfect example is the circumstance of the Aboriginal Americans vis-à-vis the European settler and African slave descendants today in the Americas.)
