MPR and Cafeteria

Multi-Purpose Room (MPR)

  • The MPR is truly multi-functional. It hosts a myriad of activities throughout the year, such as yoga and dance classes, grade-specific plays and shows, fashion runways, holiday sing-a-longs and more.

  • Because Cornerstone has so many helping hands, it is able to constantly offer exciting and educational programs.

  • In addition to student activities, Cornerstone holds General Parent Meetings several times a year. This allows parents to stay informed and have a voice in all issues affecting the school.

Cafeteria

  • Cornerstone's cafeteria offers hot lunch for purchase daily for all students. The menu changes daily and is offered through a pre-paid, card-based system. For more information on the school's hot lunch, please visit PVPUSD's Food Services webpage.

  • TPs escort students purchasing hot lunch to the cafeteria to pick up their meal. Then the students are walked back to the lunch tables (or kindergarten yard) to eat their meals with their classmates.

  • The cafeteria also hosts special events, such as the latke party and the parent appreciation brunch.

Parent Workroom

  • Cornerstone's Parent Workroom houses many of the supplies and materials needed to support classroom special projects, including a laminator, paper cutters, construction paper, die cuts, etc.
