Fun times in first grade include the following:
Performing Arts puppet show: students spend several weeks designing and creating their own puppets, writing and rehearsing original scripts, and then put on an amazing performance for their families and the school.
Flat Stanley project: students mail their paper dolls to family and friends all around the world, and give presentations on their adventures when the dolls are returned.
Seasonal and holiday shows several times a year are put on by all grades each year, for the enjoyment of family and friends.
Students travel on a field trip with their class.
