For more than a year, Concerned Citizens has researched many potential issues of concern regarding the sPower proposals.

We have in fact gained some concessions from sPower in regard to these areas, but NOTHING is guaranteed until the Board of Supervisors votes AND imposes the conditions recommended by the Planning Commission, and then ensures that the county has the resources to hold sPower accountable in all of the subject areas listed below.
