The Solar Plant Power Benefits Corporations, Not Spotsylvania.

ALL of the electricity to be generated at the proposed sPower plants will be sold to corporations such as Microsoft and Apple, and to others such as University of Richmond.

NONE of the power generated will go to Spotsylvania residents, farms or businesses, nor will it do anything to reduce the costs of electricity in Spotsylvania. To the contrary, the addition of solar to the grid will eventually cause an INCREASE in rates to consumers, while the corporations get their "Renewable Energy Credits" from the federal government.

And in reality, none of the power goes to any of them: Microsoft, Apple, University of Richmond, nor any other entities issuing press releases.
