On this page you'll see two generic Horizontal Line templates for presenting Logographic languages ( languages whose writing systems DO NOT represent the sounds of the spoken language - therefore a 3rd level is required within the text loops to display the TLR ( Target Language Romanized ) translation which learners are able to read. The TL ( target language ) and SL ( Source Language ) levels are then displayed
Your language is your 'source' language.
The first template has 5 textboxes embedded along its length in its States Mode, and on its Transitions Mode, there are 4 sliding text segments.
The second template has 10 textboxes and 9 sliding texts segments.
Drag the frame on the line from the left hand side and click on each of the text items to go through the loop of options.
This generic interactive template can be loaded with vocabulary to demonstrate concepts such as comparative degree.
Examples will follow.
