for learners who are speakers of other languages - and for those - such as from Indonesian to English that do not.

These two unpopulated generic templates have been designed to present vocabulary from both languages that use the ROMantic writing system and those ( LOG ) that don't.
ROM only requires the TL ( Target language ) vocabulary and the SL ( Source Language ) vocabulary equivalent.

LOG ( logographic languages ) requires the TLR ( Target Language Romanized ) , the TL ( Target language in its usual - presumably unreadable form , - e.g. Chinese, Japanese , Hindi, Thai, Arabic, Cyrillic , and countless others.
N.B. This 3 tier system caters for languages that speakers of other languages presumably will not be able to read - without the additional TLR level.
Languages whose writing systems make no attempt to phoneticise the pronunciation of vocabulary but instead rely on the speakers pre-taught/learned/cultural knowledge of how a given ideograph or logograph is pronounced in a given context , require the provision of the Romanized Target Layer.
It could be argued that languages such as English and French deserve to have this layer for speakers of other languages to navigate our often far-from phonetic pronunciation of words.
