Brushing my teeth

I pick up the toothbrush

I pick my toothbrush up off the bench.

I hold the toothbrush

I pick the toothpaste up.

I pick the tube of toothpaste up off the bench.

I hold the tube of toothpaste

I open the toothpaste

I squeeze some toothpaste out of the tube.

I put some toothpaste on my toothbrush.

I turn the tap on.

I run the water.

I hold the toothbrush under the tap.

I wet the toothpaste.

I start brushing my teeth.

I keep brushing my teeth.

I cup my hands to get some water.

I rinse my mouth out.

I spit the water out.

I gargle.

I rinse my mouth out again.

I rinse my toothbrush.

I close the lid of the toothpaste.
