What do you do with your stuff?

Where do you put your things (temporarily)when you get home?

                                stick

I drop my stuff on the floor, on my bed, or on the table.

Where do you leave your things(temporarily)before you put them away?

I leave them where I put them.

Where do you usually keep your things? (so that you can find them)

We usually keep our things in their proper places ,

-like in the cupboard, in the drawer, in the closet, or in the wardrobe 

so that we can find them when we want to use them.

Where do you store the things that you’re going to use in future?

I store them in the closet, in the garage, up in the attic or out in the shed.

Where do you park your vehicle.(your car, your bicycle).

I park my car in the garage, out on the street in a parking space or in a carpark.

Where do you hang your clothes? (your washing).

I hang my clothes in my wardrobe. (I hang my washing out on the washing line).

Where do you stack your old newspapers?

We stack our old newspapers in the closet.

Where do you file your information?

I file my information in a filing cabinet or in folders on my computer.

Where do you stick your messages, notices and reminders?

I stick them on the noticeboard.

Where do you hoard the things that you’ve collected?

I hoard the things that I’ve collected in my room.

Where do you hide your valuables and secret things?

I stash my valuables in a secret hiding place. (I’m not going to tell you where!)

Where do you throw the things that you don’t want and you want to get rid of?

I chuck the things I don’t want in the rubbish bin ,

I biff them in the compost

or I put them out to be recycled.
