The teacher enhances professional knowledge and skills by effectively interacting with other members of the educational community and participating in various professional activities.

I chose team meetings as my first artifact. Both vertical and horizontal are both great examples of maintain supportive relationships between colleges. The teachers where I work meet twice a week in their grade level. They have also incorporated meeting with the team lead from the grade below and grade above to discuss expectations.  This is a great way to encourage reflection, problem solve, and obatin teaching goals.

I chose ESC as my second artifact. I know that CCISD sets up many of the professional development and various workshops with ESC in addition to PD that the district provides. This organization makes it possible for area schools to enhance knowledge, and teacher specific skills.
