I chose my routine and procedures and my philosophy for discipline management as my artifacts. These artifacts help the teacher understand the developmental process. Routines help encourage students to take on responsibilities and a sense of autonomy. The philosophy supports the idea that children construct knowledge through experiences and advocates developmentally appropriate practices.
