Biography

My name is Marwa Khamis , an Emerging Egyptian painter. I hold a BA at fine art. I

joined more than 15 online and physical exhibitions nationally and internationally,

also, my artworks published in magazines abroad. As well as I was honored by

honorable and merit awards and got the third place award internationally in

Artist Statement

In my paintings, I seek to create harmonious and balanced compositions, free of

interpretation; Paintings rely on an imaginary world whose source is the

unconscious to liberate from the constraints of reality through geometric abstract

shapes. I focus on uniformity, contrast, diversity and juxtaposition of color structures

and combination of light value and how to distribute the colors ‘degree through

.shapes to get effect on the mind and feelings of the recipient
