Clubhouse is not owned by the association. It will be owned by Concorde and they have clearly mentioned in the sale deed that they are going to find a third party to run the clubhouse and the owners will have to pay the maintenance as fixed by the third party. Given the location of the clubhouse and the current state of the layout, we feel it's difficult to get a third party who can run the clubhouse and we don't think it's going to generate enough revenue. So the whole burden of clubhouse maintenance will be on the maintenance funds from the association. And many of the owners will not be ready to pay for the clubhouse as many of the owners are not even in Bangalore and they will not be ready to pay for something which they are not going to use. So clubhouse issues need to be addressed very tactically.
Also the clubhouse was not among the top priority things for people who were willing to start construction at the layout. So the association is trying to prioritise other infrastructure over the clubhouse. But meanwhile, the discussions on how the clubhouse should be operated is still ongoing.
