As per the AGM held on 3rd Oct 2021, the new association members were published on 18th Oct 2021. The outgoing OB has handed over the responsibilities to the new MC. For more details refer to Committee Update dated November 1st 2021.
To make the layout livable quickly
Rigorous Follow up with Concorde to complete the remaining actions as per earlier agreed phases. As owners we have been waiting for 10+ years. Discuss and agree on Plan B if progress is not made by Concorde.
Connect with owners so that we can build a strong community
Regular meetings to communicate with the owners. The MC team and Volunteer group meets minimum weekly to ensure that we are in sync with ongoing activities.
Schedule community event to encourage more participation of owners
Introduce / engage multiple vendors so that owners have options of choosing services from. It will be requested from the owners’ group to introduce new vendors.
Association has been registered at the Krishnagiri Registrar office.
There was no authoritative body from the owners’ side to represent everyone and talk in everyone’s stead. Builder was always complaining that owners are talking to the builder in a very ad hoc manner and the builder cannot take forward pending works with such ad hoc communication. So in this situation, nothing was moving forward. In order to get things moving, a representing body was required.
As per the discussion with Concorde on Feb 15th, 2020 and subsequent meeting on 26th Nov 2021, an understanding has been reached between Concorde Management and Association that Concorde will complete the pending works in phases and association is going to take over the maintenance of only the items completed in each phase.
But full handover of the project is only going to happen once everything has been completed.
