The theme of this activity is Eco-friendly gardening. With the help of this project, we hope to develop in our students a sense
of the value of eco-systems and the need to conserve the environment. 3 teachers from each partner schools attended this LTT activity. We aim to teach the students that the overall goal of sustainable gardening is to protect the environment rather than destroy it. They need to learn that gardeners that practice sustainability make an effort to reduce trash they produce and harm to the local ecology. Children are taught that sustainable gardening will keep plants healthy without damaging the ozone layer.
