Overview of Unit 1
This unit is focused on gathering information about how we, humans, harm the Earth and how the results damaged the Earth overtime.
Unit 1 Lesson Objectives:
Lesson 1
Students will identify different causes and signs of climate change (deforestation, overproduction, pollution and trash)
Lesson 2
explain the consequences of human damage (global warming- melting of ice cap, coral bleaching, rising sea levels, severe weather, and drought)
Lesson 3
describe the history of the damage on divergent ecosystems
Lesson 4
propose a mitigation plan to minimize damage on Earth.
