The Montreal Jazz Festival “A Hybrid Musical-Mix”
The Montreal Festival has a deep love connection with jazz, attracts thousands of performer, millions of guest to conquer the hybrid melodious feel of Jazz, annually held in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The Montreal Jazz Fest 2004 seizes the Guinness World Record as
the world's largest jazz festival. Each year it traits roughly 3,000 artists from 30 - odd nations, more than 650 concerts (together with 450 free outdoor performances), greets close to 2.5 million visitors (34% of whom are travelers) as well 400 credited reporters.
The festival takes place at 10 free outdoor stages and 10 indoor concert halls for two weeks, every July; Montreal’s gorgeous city center is renovated into a ferment of jazz, with stages dotting many major intersections.
The streets are turned into pedestrian walkways and artists from around the world play in front of enormous crowds.
