What is an IGP?

• An IGP is specific plan created for each student that is used to track ongoing academic progress (if you are on track for graduation) and to identify future goals (college/career).

• Students meet with their School Counselor annually to create and update their IGPs. 

• Parents/Guardians are welcomed and encouraged to participate in the IGP process, but are not required to attend. In the event that parents/guardians are unable to attend, a folder of information will be sent home for their review. 

• Students also confirm their course requests for the following school year during their IGP meetings. 

• Due to space limitations, only one student and one parent/guardian may be permitted in the office at a time during scheduled IGP meetings.
