The SC Department of Education requires students to participate in EOC exams in the following subjects:

• Algebra 1 or Intermediate Algebra

• Biology 1

• English 2

• U.S. History 

Assessments are given during the fall and spring of each academic year. 

*If students are using a Dual Enrollment course in substitution of an EOC course, the coresponding EOC exam must still be taken at their home high school.
