Christ Church Connections
Christ Church Connections is a pastoral care team that is led by a group of dedicated, compassionate parishioners within our church family. Christ Church Connections members help to coordinate visits, rides, cards, and meals to those persons within our faith community who may be ill, hospitalized, or shut-in. In addition to Christ Church Connections, our clergy are available to visit with those who are hospitalized or rehabilitating.
