The Altar Guild prepares the sanctuary for weekly celebrations of the Holy Eucharist, baptisms, weddings, memorials, and other special services. The Altar Guild functions collaboratively to ensure that vessels and linens are beautifully prepared each week. Bee Moulton Flower Fund
Bee Moulton Flower Fund
One of our much beloved parishioners, Bee Moulton, had a deep love for God and a passionate love of fresh flowers. In honor of her 100th birthday, Christ Episcopal Church instituted a fresh flower fund, whereby arrangements of fresh flowers will adorn the altar on the first Sunday of every month. Those who wish to honor loved ones with fresh flowers may make a contribution to the Bee Moulton Flower Fund and the names of those remembered or celebrated will be listed in the bulletin on the first Sunday of each month. If you would like to make a contribution to the flower fund, please call our office to arrange for a floral memory. Additionally, if you would like to donate professionally designed arrangements to the church, there are two florists just around the corner from the church on Main and State Streets in downtown Montpelier. Contact the church office for more information on how to be in touch with these florists.
