Jenkins AI Scribe

Jenkins AI Scribe is a tool created by a physician-led team at the University of Alberta.

Ambient Scribe: Jenkins listens to, transcribes, and summarizes patient-clinician conversations in real time to automatically generate notes.

A formal pilot of Jenkins included Emergency, Primary Care, and Pediatrics.

As of end of March 2026, Jenkins is available to any other clinical group or individual prescriber who would like to try it.

Click on the "Jenkins Scribe" button in the Hyperspace toolbar, or go to scribe.ahs.ca.
If you have not used Jenkins before:
- - At the Snowflake login screen, DO NOT enter credentials directly on the login page but rather click the "Sign in using AHS Single Sign-On" button (see screenshot).
  - Click on the "quick survey" link on the page that appears, and complete the "AHS Digital Scribe (Jenkins)" form to request access. This form can also be accessed directly via REDCap.
  - Once access is granted, you will receive an automated email with further instructions including the required self-directed training and how to access from a mobile device.

If you have used Jenkins before, enter your AHS credentials directly in the Snowflake login screen.
