DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED:

Haven’t you been authorized to have conversations yet? Then, keep reading hereunder! 

The inmate has to make a request for this conversation method (he needs to submit it to the judge if he is still on trial or to the prison director if he is in jail ultimately), providing the following paperwork (which need to be delivered to the inmate if he wants to activate this service).

•  Personal data of the person (relative...) with which he desires to have the video call;

•  Mail address used by the call receiver (relative…);

• Telephone number – also mobile phone – and place where the call will be made;

• Copy of the certificate that demonstrates the family status and/or a self-certification attesting the degree of kinship between the inmate and the relative, that is, the cohabitation relationship; 

• Copy of the relative/cohabitee’s valid ID (identification document), equipped with photo;

• Self-certification of the relative/cohabitee about the absence of people different from the call receiver, during the video connection.
