Summary
This is a four-page comic created for a college assignment, continuing the story of my E4 Rolling Pin Ident but now combined with a retelling of the real E4 pirate ident that inspired the narrative ident in the first place. It uses limited colour for emphasis in the twisting storyline.
Overview
This comic tells the story of a pirate whose father asked him to go to a tropical island to retrieve a necklace from a beast, supposedly stolen from his now-dead mother. He does so and kills the beast to retrieve it, but then finds himself in the cosmic plane of judgement from the E4 Rolling Pin Ident. After he recounts the events, the gavel reveals that his father was lying to him to sell the beast's own necklace for profit, to buy out his pirates and take advantage of him. However, knowingly or not, the pirate did kill an innocent beast, so he gets sent down the red staircase to presumably hell.
