TRAINING THE TRAINERS
As mentioned in the student handbook example, relationship development with clients is key to success.
After editing the student handbook, the client asked me to give a training seminar on effective communication to their staff. I focused on defining communication types, purposes, understanding the audience and the importance of multimodal components.
After the class concluded, the conversation continued into more specific applications of communications such as text etiquette and email formatting.
Helping others to learn about and develop effective communication methods is my ultimate goal.
