LESS IS MORE
I found this presentation to be one of my more difficult tasks because of the mass of information that needed to be conveyed to the audience. While creating it, I was forced to think critically about what techniques would help the audience receive the information.
Selecting appropriate images that would keep them engaged while also keeping myself on track, so as not to miss delivering important information, was critical to success. I had to take into consideration not only the audience but their environment.
The content had to be large enough that someone in the back of the room could read it and concise enough that it could fit onto a slide. Considering all these factors, while balancing the information to ensure it's not so truncated that it doesn't make sense, was a challenge.
This presentation shows that I can condense, communicate, and visually display complex technical material to an executive or professional audience. It is not meant to be a replacement for the report but a complimentary work that makes it more digestible.
In the presentation you can see that it has a clear structure with an introduction, agenda, body content, conclusion, recommendations, an opportunity for questions, and supplies references for the information.
