1. Go through Duplicates in vector live (recruiting>personal recruits > manage dup PRs

   1. keep for PR list basically anyone that hasn't said "not interested" in the past couple months and they haven't worked with us before

   2. anyone that said not interested within last couple months -mark as PR duplicate, anyone that has worked with us before "launched" as a sales rep- 

2. Check for weird names in vector live and edit them if they're not appropriate

3. Make sure every PR is starred if you're sending to your personal conveyor

4. Send to conveyour from vector live

5. Message Sales rep that you're about to send out texts or calls to their people(msg script in spreadsheet)

6. Make groups for conveyour (see below)

7. Start sending Messages from conveyour

Once they're sent to CONVEYOUR

1. Click Groups to make a group for that sales reps PRs

2. Usually we want to make 5 groups (especially for bigger lists(lists of more than 125)

   1. Reps total PRs

   2. reps PRs that haven't responded yet

   3. (if bigger list) Reps PRs 716-1,2,3,4,5 

   4. (if bigger list) Reps PRs 716-6,7,8,9,0

   5. Reps PRs that don't start with 716
