Problem with Base Pay Sheet:
Hi Najah,
We ran into a little problem with your base pay sheet.
Don't do any more demos for now.
Here is what happened:
Remember demos can only count IF the customer is at least 30 years old AND FULL TIME working at a career AND they watched the entire presentation for at least 35 minutes (all the slides). Many of your presentations were cut short, and you didn't play the whole first video in full (only about 1-2 minutes worth). (OR other examples)
So we have to remove the $30 base pay side for you moving forward. You will still get paid the base on any qualified demos on your sheet you turned in, just not moving forward.
But you still can make commissions anytime IF you get a sale.
My advice to make sales is:
Only show people you feel can buy, such as:
1. Over 30
2. Full time working
3. Home owners (not renting)
All 3 of these together. Plus, follow the whole script of course. This will maximize your chance of a good sale and therefore the commissions will be higher than $30 anyway.
If you choose to discontinue working with us because of this we understand, but you can still make sales on the side to build up your sales and make commissions and get the experience when you want.
Hi Marissa,
Lets hold off on doing any more demos for now unless you really think it will be a sale.
You've been here for about a (week, 2 weeks, etc) now, without any success yet, so we have to make some changes. Included in this email is some advice to help you with getting sales.
For now, per your sales rep agreement, the minimum incentive program will continue to be renewed only if agreed upon, but so far you’ve had too many no sales in a row to warrant renewal, so we are letting that expire. The $30 base-appt. rate is no longer an option for you moving forward.
However, if you improve your demos/sales ratio we can discuss a possible renewal in the future. Starting now, you will earn commissions only if a sale is made. Accordingly, please start to be more selective with your demos and focus on prospects that will result in a sale.

We understand if you choose to discontinue working with us as a result of this direction, but you are welcome to stay on the team to build up your sales and increase your commission level and experience.
