Rep and manager should be on ZOOM so they can continue communicating while 3-way texts are happening.

• This also builds the rep’s confidence to hear their friends getting scheduled.

Rep sends 3-way message to friend and manager

• Hey _______, hope all is well! I wanted to introduce you to my manager ______. With everything going on, I think you’d be a great fit for some remote work we have available. I thought of you because…. He/She will give you all the details! The pay is great and the schedules are super flexible. Whether you’re interested or not just let us know. Good luck!

Manager replies in 3-way text

• Hey _______! I was asking her/him if she/he knew anyone that would be a good fit for a winter break position I’m looking to fill and that’s when we decided to send you a text! You could work for as little as 2 weeks or as long as 2 months depending on your break. Our goal is for students to earn $400-$2,000 (depending on how much they want to work) before going back to school.

I’m definitely interested in walking you through the details and answering any questions you have. Do you have a few minutes to talk?

Action Plan: rep sends 10 3-way texts. Manager replies to those 10. Repeat.

3. Reply to those not interested saying, “All good! Have a great break.”
